  I have been buying lymphedema products for my husband from Brightlifedirect for many years now. The company is very reliable, service and delivery are prompt, and if you have a question there are friendly people to call for help. I especially like the new E-Z-on panel on the Circaid juxtalite lower leg compression wrap. Even though I have been applying the wraps for years, the new E-Z-on panel made it even easier. My husband has gotten very good results with Circaid brand products.

  I have been buying from BrightLife Direct for many years. The products are great and work for me. Customer service is responsive and does a great job. My only concern was that for my last order I never received a receipt by mail, and there was no way to find a page on the site that was printable with out a lot of miscelaneous stuff.

  Love the open toe compression nylons. After braking my ankle, my aunt gave me a pair to help with the swelling. They work great. Ordered a couple more pair and use them at work now too. I'm a registered nurse. Tried finding them in petite size as I am short 5'2", but no luck. I will just pull them down a little when they dig into the back of my knee. Other than that, I LOVE these.

  We had a shipping problem with my order, but they offered an immediate replacement of the package that went astray and it arrived in a timely fashion. I like the quality of the support hose and have used them for several years now and was ordering replacements for ones that had become older and less effective.

  I have ordered products from BrightLife direct for many years and I have continued to be extremely satisfied with the customer service. Sometimes I needed to return products due to ordering the wrong sizes and I have always had a flawless experience. A customer service representative answered my email the next day and once I wanted to return something or have the same product but on a different size, all links, all instructions were emailed to me and all questions were answered via email in maximum a couple of hours. I ordered products for our parents and they were satisfied with everything and impressed with the prompt response from customer service. Thank you for being interested in my experience.

  Their site is very easy to navigate. Their return policy is excellent. I was purchasing something new for me thigh highs and I talked to a rep, he was marvelous. My favorite compression socks are Therafirm Core-Slun, does a great job with compression and are actually easy to put on even the thigh highs. Love them, Love the company.

  I was glad I found Bright Life direct. I had to get new compression stockings and the store I was sent to by the doctor's office was very expensive. I bought the 1st pair there, but when I needed the new ones, I checked online to see where I could get what I needed at maybe a lower price. I found them at bright life. I just ordered my second pair as a lower compression knee high stockings and am waiting for delivery.

  Compression wraps are challenging at best. These do a good service. Wish the Velcro grabbed well for longer in the garments life as expensive as they are. Also cover sleeve with 2 1.5” Velcro tabs to hold it up is a ridiculously meager effort. Why bother even including the cover, they spend all their time slumped up around the ankle.
