I had bought compression socks a couple of years ago but forgot what size they were. I called the 800 number and spoke to Elle. She was able to look up my order and tell me exactly what socks I had purchased. I was able to order those same socks over the phone with her. It was easy and quick.

Compression socks are so expensive so I like the sales provided. The patterns on sale are fairly attractive and kind of fun like camo. User friendly website. I decided for me Rejuva brand is the most quality. I tend to poke holes in my right side socks and rejuva stands up to my oddity really well. Bright life gives rewards that saved me $5.00 and they accept or use shoppay..super easy!!

The delivery of my order was delayed by almost a week, beyond the expected date. It arrived almost 3 weeks after the date of order. More than the delay, the lack of response from your company was the most annoying factor. I submitted an email to your customer service department to inquire and Never received a reply. The Only replies I received were multiple duplicate computer-generated DHL responses stating that the order was delayed and would be delivered as soon as possible. The tracking info for the delivery indicated that the package apparently was stalled in Michigan for Two Weeks! Absolutely NO personalized response was sent by either your company or the shipper.

I am very happy with overall experience from Customer Service thru quality of product. At Customer Service’s recommendation I order the mediven Comfort style pantyhose. I recently wore this product for about 16 hours. I was in and out of car a number of times during our 60 mile drive and walked through a couple of stores. Never once was it necessary to find someplace where I could pull up the legs or panty portion because of sagging. Not did I have to find a place to sit so I could take off my shoes to pull out the toe material to unscruntch my toes. The entire pantyhose stayed where I put it when I got up that morning. They are so comfortable I forget I am wearing them. I am so impressed with this product that I ordered four more pairs while they were on sale. Thank you

I purchased several pair of Allegro Essential Unisex Cotton Socks 20-30 mmHg. These are high quality socks (primarily made of cotton). They don't look like traditional compression socks (no nylon look) but provide ample compression and support. If you look for sales promotions, you can get a good price from Brightlife Direct.

On check out they added an extra sale item automatically that you have to reject by clicking on a button. Default should be reject not accept. I hit continue without seeing the reject button and it automatically added this item to my order with no way on the site to cancel it. Had to send them an email to get the whole order rejected. Felt very dishonest on their part. Only reason I went back to them to reorder the one thing I wanted was because I could not find another company that had it. Otherwise I would never have shopped with them again.

I somehow placed the same order twice and it became 2 items. Upon notification I immediately (within 9 minutes) sent a request to change. I immediately got a confirmation of receipt and was told I'd hear from a team membver soon. The next day (less than 24 hours) I was contacted and told it was too late to change the order and I'd have to contact you after receipt and go through the return process. At this point - less than 48 hours since placing the order - I have not been notified of shipment so I assume the order is still in your facility. Seems like you could resolve this matter more efficiently now.

New to the website and ordering compression socks for the first time, I feel I got all the info I needed to buy the appropriate compression for my knee (15-20) four weeks after my knee replacement. (Immediately after surgery I wore a 30-40 zippered pair, one of which split due to swelling.) Having received the new socks, I also believe I got the right size because of your great info about sizing. The only problem I have is that the sock on the non-operative leg slips down to my calf due to lack of swelling there. The fit on the operative leg is snug, not a squeeze, and makes my knee feel better. After my bad knee heels, I intend to use the socks when I travel long distances and when I fly. However, I wonder how much beneficial compression they will provide for those purposes since the legs will be similarly sized at that point.

It took almost a month and 3 phone calls to get a shipping label for a return. When it was finally returned I never received a confirmation of receipt or of either credit or exchange. I had to make another call to obtain. The woman I spoke to was very nice and helpful but over all customer service is poor in this case

Foot area is too small for my size 10 - 11 feet: cuts circulation and toes goe numb. So, i just ordered toe less style and they are due to be delivered today. The web site offers many options and lower priced brands than local and other online stores. The "nude" colors are not great and do not look flesh colored [Allegra brand]. Will buy again if the toeless style stays in place and is comfortable to wear. My PT rec Brightlife Direct.
