    The website indicated I was eligible for several discounts for signing up to receive text messages and using Amazon Pay, but neither showed up on my bill.     They offered a buy3 get 1 free deal on their products. So, I ordered 4 pairs of one stocking and 4 pairs of another stocking. Only 1 was credited when looking at the cart and 2 were missing completely. I had to place two orders in order to get the proper discount. It worked out because I watch my cart and pricing and did 2 separate orders. However, had I just clicked on through, I would have paid way too much.

    Your the only place i can find reinforced toe and heel stockens. If I have to pay for a high price. I want want them to wear well. When National clothing went out of business you were the only ones that came close to proving a good quality panty hose. i really like them, great compression stockens

    I needed some help because I ordered the wrong Lymphedema garment. I inquired about getting the correct one ordered and the incorrect garment sent back. I was all set to provide postage for my mistake and Brightlife made the exchange so easy. I appreciate companies like this. Their customer service reps are so kind and helpful with any questions or issues with customer orders. I can't thank them enough for superior service.     The cart is not working correctly with the buy 3 get 1 free promotion. I ordered 4 pairs of black and 4 pairs of white stockings. The calculation for free product and even the calculation for purchased product was entirely wrong. I had to do 2 separate orders in order to get the cart correct. After that, it's the usual great service and product that one just knows that Brightlife is going to provice.

    I like the BrightLife site as it gives one every choice that they could want. It advises you how to measure and has many other directions. My order came swiftly and I was extremely pleased with this order . Many of these compression hose are difficult to put on, but this one is relatively easy. They are comfortable to wear and easy to take off. They seem to be made well and I haven't had trouble in the two weeks that I have had them to snag or rip.

    The brightlifedirect website needs improvement. Very slow. I updated some information in my profile and it took 15 minutes for it to update.     The company doesn't remove items that are out of stock, or totally discontinued, from the website. This allowed for ordering with money taken out, then days later before shipping that the item isn't available; and a refund will be processed. That is bad business. Ordering process for items actually in stock was fine. You just don't know if what you ordered is truly available.

    BrightLife is the distributor but the stockings are manufactured somewhere else and were not labeled correctly which wasted a lot of my time and also Brightlife’s time. Had to return the stockings I ordered three times. They were finally replace with the correct size but not the color I wanted. I believe this was not a BrightLife problem but a manufacturing issue!

    My husband was looking for socks that didn’t “cut” into his legs leaving big indents. He has swelling issues related to him having kidney issues due to him only having one kidney due to kidney cancer. Delivery may take a few days or a couple weeks, but using the 35-40 mm Hg stockings is essential to minimize symptoms and allow daily functioning.
