I have ordered and used a Juzo armband from BrightLife for about 5-7 years. These armbands are easy to get on and they wash up great. I do have issues with their website, however. I used to be able to look up a previous order and click on a reorder button and the item came up in my cart. It was great. Now I have trouble locating my item. I search under the item no. In the description and it doesn’t even come up. I also have trouble locating my points and un-using them if I change my mind. Website used to be awesome.

They would not give me payments in 3 parts although I have been buying from Brightlife for years. It’s because my credit is locked because I was hacked several years ago. My drug prescription gives me payments in 3 months. Your doing this has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was contacted that the item I ordered was no longer available AFTER I was charged. It happened to fall at the end of my billing cycle so I will not see a refund till my next statement. I don’t thing you should charge someone for something you don’t have. Take the item off the website if you don’t have it. Poor business practices.

The site was easy to use as usual. I receive my order an ample time, but…… the quality of the stockings are not the same. I have been using them for the past 15 years and I have never had them run and have holes in the heels and toes like I have now. What has happened? I hope that you can answer that question for me. I used to be a satisfied customer of Mediven. But I am totally no longer impressed. Please let me know if there’s anything that you can do for me like replace the ones that have run within the first couple of weeks.

The size charts displayed next to the Mediven Espirit Armsleve were wrong. As that's the model I wear, I used that size chart for reference while ordering my Medi Harmony and Comfort arm sleeves. As a result, the two arm sleeves in this order do not fit. I'd like to make a return but I no longer have the packaging, which is a shame. Please make sure all your product size charts are aligned with the manufacturer's guidelines, so customers like me who don't make this kind of mistake can make purchases on your website more comfortably. It would be helpful if in the description of products there was an explanation of the suggested uses for different styles/vendors/uses of items like support stockings. In ordering for 20-30mm pressure, you can purchase hosiery fron $27/pr up to almost $80/pr, Britelife was a suggested vendor for us and I had to simply make a guess.

I am happy with the Core Spun compression stockings that I have been buying. Last year I decided to try some different ones, and I think I only wore each of them about twice. I went back to the Core Spun. My only complaint is that I wanted the exact same style in a different color, but I couldn't figure out how to order them. Thanks for making a regular type stocking instead of nylon, that works for me!!
