  I bought products with their buy 3, get 1 free sale. I was buying 8 pairs of compression stockings total - 4 of one and 4 of another. The cart calculated the discount fine with the first but was completely wrong when I added the second set of four. I ended up doing two separate orders in order to get the properly applied discount. The product is as always - five star quality along with five star service.

  My calf is too large for the stockings. The stockings cut off my circulation around the knee are because the stockings are also too long.

  we first placed this order and waited weeks for delivery. your sales person tracked it to Alaska, we live in Washington State. The sales person placed a new order for a 2 day delivery. The order arrived some 10 days later, along with the first order that went to Alaska. I had to follow up with a message to find out about returning the extra product. The sales person offered a 15% discount for one order if we wanted to keep both orders. We accepted the offer and kept both. Overall disapointing customer service

  I have not received my order. I was told it was on back order. I contacted customer service and was told that they would get back to me within 24 hr with an estimated ship date. Two days and no reply. I guess it’s time to cancel the order and take my business else where.

  I like the company and products. This last pair of 20-30 open toe are fine but really hard to put on. I found the toe opening small so very hard to get toes in and manage to get rest of sock over the heal. The leg part was easy to pull up but it was a struggle with the lower
