  Very unhappy with the length of my sleeves which all vary in length and keep getting shorter. It is hard to speak with anyone in customer service. I've been buying sleeves with them for about 3 years. I don't want to buy anymore but I don't have a choice.

  The site has so many brands you are bound to find what you want. I prefer the Allegro brand, they are made in the USA and they are made well. Prices are very competitive and I appreciate the specials when they come around. Easy to navigate the site and shipping is sent out quickly and shipping cost is very reasonable.

  My first order was canceled because you all said there was an error in the mailing and delivery addresses. I could not find the error. I reordered and everything went well, however, my credit card statement shows that I have been billed twice and was not refunded on the first order. I am pleased with the product and the second order, so I gave you a good rating.

  Juzo is my favorite stocking brand for my Lymphedema. I love the silicone band and they are very easy to put on. They are also quite comfortable. I always buy Juzo now after having tried a number of other brands.

  This company is beyond amazing. I am new to compression stockings and when I ordered didn't realize there were several different thicknesses of stockings to buy. I called BLD and shock of shocks, a person answered the phone immediately! When I explained my mistake, she was understanding and so quick to say that an exchange could be made immediately and while my return is on its way now, I just got notice that the replacements have been shipped. Thank you, thank you for making it so easy. I will stick with these people when I re purchase . Thanks again for being a breath of fresh air in the retail e commerce world!!

  Totally confused. Have ordered from Brightlife for years and they have been nicely shipped from Brightlife. Now they are coming from individuals from around the country. The last order was buy two get one free. I received two pair from an individual and the next day received the free pair from Brightlife. I had ordered toeless but the free one came with toes.   I paid extra to get tow day shipping. The lady I ordered from on the phone said she would see that my order got to me by Thursday afternoon by Fed X. I needed them for a surgery on my leg Friday morning. They came Friday afternoon.

The most important section of your website (any ecommerce site) shopping cart and Checkout did not work (at least for me) I tried in different browsers with the same error. Canadian version of the shopping cart did not calculate correctly the subtotal when clicked on /- sign to add/subtract to quantity and started displaying some random number... So I had to call to your customer service to place my order. As for the customer service, I have only good things to say :) and thank you for your assistance. It can be overwelmng if you don't know precisely want you want or need if you are buying compression socks for the first time. They will help you in that process.Service is excellent. I have used them in the past for several times; they are helpful and warm in answering your questions especially when you want to know about returns and refunds. I have only bought the Therafirm Core-spun thigh highs and the knee highs. The fit and compression were good for improving my problem of venous insufficiency.

  The most comfortable compression stockings I have used over the years - and they really help decrease my edema. Easy for me to put on and remove, and can be machine washed.
