My first order was canceled because you all said there was an error in the mailing and delivery addresses. I could not find the error. This company is beyond amazing. I am new to compression stockings and when I ordered didn't realize there were several different thicknesses of stockings to buy. I called BLD and shock of shocks, a person answered the phone immediately! When I explained my mistake, she was understanding and so quick to say that an exchange could be made immediately and while my return is on its way now, I just got notice that the replacements have been shipped. Excellent customer service but "flaky" website (sorry). The most important section of your website (any ecommerce site) shopping cart and Checkout did not work (at least for me) I tried in different browsers with the same error. Canadian version of the shopping cart did not calculate correctly the subtotal when clicked on /- sign to add/subtract to quantity and started displaying some random number... So I had to call to your customer service to place my order. As for the customer service, I have only good things to say :) and thank you for your assistance. It can be overwelmng if you don't know precisely want you want or need if you are buying compression socks for the first time. They will help you in that process.Service is excellent. I have used them in the past for several times; they are helpful and warm in answering your questions especially when you want to know about returns and refunds. I have only bought the Therafirm Core-spun thigh highs and the knee highs. The fit and compression were good for improving my problem of venous insufficiency.
