I need these compression stockings for my legs, due to varicose veins I inherited. If I do not wear these 30-40 mm Hg stockings, I get a pins and needles sensation in both legs that is like an itch you cannot scratch that is persistent and everlasting. Grâce à Dieu (thank God) I can suppress my symptoms by wearing these stockings all day long, every day, along with my daily walking routine for varicose vein treatment. I need to buy them several times per year for a consistent effect, but the money is worth it.

I paid extra to get a 5-8 day delivery of my order through DHL. I just got an email that says my order has been passed off to USPS with delivery on April 25. That is quite a few days beyond 5-8 days for delivery. This is the second time I have experienced this issue. I’m not certain that I am willing to order from your company again in the future. I told you of the delivery issue the last time I ordered and was told you are working on correcting this type of issue. Apparently you have been unsuccessful. I am very displeased.

I have purchased compression stockings in the past but have purchased several arm compression sleeves. Due to breast cancer/lymph node removal lymphedema has developed. BrighLife ships their products quickly and in one case they refunded the cost for a sleeve as the carrier did not deliver it due to mapping problems. Thank you BrightLife.

These thigh high compression hose 20-30 mmHg are exactly what I needed for my legs. Abused my wheels with sports, cycles, and being overweight didn't help. Initially I ordered the 15-20 mmHg, but after a few days I realized I needed more support. These offer the absolute best support for my legs and wear them daily 14-16 hrs/day with minimal yarn fatigue after 3 days. They appear to be fairly durable, and by handling gently while applying with attention to avoid tugging at all on the top band. These should last me 6 months a pair even though they're worn daily/365. If you want thigh highs to stay up keep the top half of your thighs shaven, or if still slipping use a roll on adhesive designed for that purpose. I use adhesive to limit the numer of times to adjust, which shortens the durability. Had to send my original order back for the higher compression, but the process was so simple a child could do it. These are extremely comfortable on your legs due to the microfiber, and they've made my legs feel 20 years younger. When I require replacement hose they will receive my business. Consult your MD about trying compression hose, you won't regret it.

In general I like bright life direct. But they have messed up the colors on their compression sleeves. They have listed the caramel color next to a light skin color sample and the sand color is listed next to a dark skin color sample. I needed a light color sleeve so I ordered the caramel color because on their website caramel was depicted as light. Instead I got a dark color sleeve which was listed as sand on their website. Very frustrating.

Very quick and accurate delivery. After wearing the Allegro soft microfiber 15-20 mm thigh highs for 3 days- 12/14 hrs/day, I found these to be extremely comfortable and soft hose to wear for extended periods of time. Made 68 year old legs feel like 48 year old legs at the end of the shift. Purposely wore the same pair for 3 days, and was impressed with minimal yarn fatigue/ compression when applying the same pair on the 3rd day. If you're a hairy guy, Nair cream your upper thigh to allow the silicone top band to traction on skin instead of pulling hairs and slipping down- if you shave it WILL itch. These are well made thigh highs, but remember to roll the hose down to apply to the foot and always apply in alignment with heel and pull up firmly using the hose NOT THE TOP SILICONE BAND-these aren't socks. If you pull up on the top band continually it will substantially decrease the life of the hose. I exchanged 3 of the pair to opt for the same thigh highs in 20-30 mm compression which will better accommodate my leg health. The return was easy and my exchanged hose was sent the same day. Very good customer service which is much appreciated. If you are experiencing venous, circulatory, or swelling in your legs, consult your MD to try these, then enjoy your new young legs.

Had used their sizing chart for compression stockings and according to shoe size alone, stockings should have fit, but when I received them, I knew right away that they would not fit. Went to website , did the returns process and was approved and given a return label very promptly. Wanted to exchange for right fit, but they didn’t have that option, so asked for refund, which they will process after they receive returned merchandise. Everything went very smoothly. Both pairs of core-spun socks had loose elastic threads on the inside. This results in the threads getting caught on the toenails which is highly annoying. I have had long experience with core-spun socks and loose threads will appear with time as the socks wear, but the presence of loose threads on new socks is something I have not previously encountered. Not satisfied.

I initially ordered the wrong size Jobst socks and you promptly handled an exchange for what i had previosly purchased( I have also bought Sigvaris brand which is a much better product) however the new stocking was shorter and so wide at the top that it was totally unwearable. Lesson learned and in the future I will stick to Sigvaris.
