    Ladies and Gentlemen, I was recommended to Bright Life Direct by my therapist. So glad I visited this site. It was really easy to find everything the doctor told me to get.     I made an order which was lost in transit. After waiting for over a month for it to arrive I made an enquiry as to when it should arrive, I got an email back saying it was lost in transit and my money was being refunded. I asked for the company to do a reorder as I needed the product urgently. Instead I was refunded the money paid. I then had to reorder and now receiving the product has been delayed yet again. Brightlife supplies medical products and therefore staff should understand that the products ordered are required for medical reasons. In these sort of cases it’s not a refund needed, it’s the actual product ordered. I suggest that an email to the customer would expedite whether the customer wants a refund or the option for a reorder. I’ve been ordering from Brightlife for many years without any problems, but I think this situation needs to be addressed. Using the Glopal system has also meant a slower delivery time.
