  Diane helped me make my selection. I have been wearing for years knee highs and thigh highs. But I wanted a summer weight in the lightest color. Considered an open toe in 20/30 compression. My feet and legs are uncomfortable in close toe and normal weight. Very happy in my selection ...20/30 Jobst in a nude. At first I wasn't sure about the color, but it works. Because they are sheer, the compressure feels to me to me a little less. But I do like them. And thank you Diane for your help.

  I have placed a few orders of socks through Brightlife direct for my husband. This order was for 4 prs of socks. The first order of them were lost through shipping some how, but Brightlife customer service got right on it and reordered them for us. My husband really likes the way the Allegro Athletic performance feels and also the Therafirm Therasport Athletic socks. He likes the way his legs feel when he wears them. He highly recommends these and also getting them from Brightlife. We want to also, say thank you to Brightlife customer service!

  I truly appreciate this order and would love to give it an excellent rating. However, I can't help but miss the vibrant range of colors that were available before the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Black individual, having only black and beige as my main options feels quite limiting. In the past, there was a beautiful variety of shades that complemented a wider range of skin tones and personal styles. I hope to see more diverse and inclusive color choices return in the future.

  I recently purchased 2 pairs of knee High Mediven stockings. I tried ordering them from the web-site. But I had 326 rewards points and the check out on the web-site. Would only give me a $10 reward where I had $15 worth of reward points that were expiring. So I called and they were able to use all of my rewards points.   Site is easy to use. Sizes are easy to find. Order arrives promptly. Have used the for years and have never had a problem. I prefer Medi brand and order at least 5-6 pairs every other year or so. The stockings wear well, machine washable and I air dry them.

  I would streamline the site a bit. Most of us after no more than a few orders will probably find 1 or 2 favorite brands. It would be welcoming just to click rather than to type it. It is hard to navigate around the site. One time I wanted to check my points and had lots of trouble finding them, and more trouble getting back toy previous page. If I didn't like the site and it hadn't been the first one I visited I probably would have sought a site where it was easier to go to several places. Not a huge deal, but sometimes a bother.

  You lost my initial order, and customer service was kind enough to replace the order at no additional to me. I'm very grateful for that, but the remains that my order we VERY in arriving, and I really needed to using the compression hose immediately, as I was experiencing sever edema in my leg following blood clot removal surgery. My leg is still swollen to this day, and hoping the compression hose I have received from BrightLife Direct will be the trick to resolving my issue. I thank customer service for offering to resolve my initial lost order, which is why I'm only giving 2 stars, because of the initial lost order. Thank You.
