    Site navigation is excellent -- Payment program not so much. For my last 2 orders, I've ordered multiple of the same item. Both times the invoice reduced "qty ordered' to "1" (and also adjusted the price correctly to charge for one item).     They dropped carrying the most versatile color, Charcoal from their inventory. I have tried the wheat, navy, & other colors & they look heavy in color, fake, cheap, exaggerate the legs over the dress being worn. They should blend, complement, be versatile etc, which those colors ARE NOT!

    The service is good, the representative is super nice and professional. if the product doesnot fit you,you can exchange with free shipping. This is a positive point. The negative are: 1- I pay tax for the stocking which is the other two companies that i used to order with them , they didnot charge tax (They also good name company ). I can not know the reason why brightlufe charge tax for the stocking that with others two companies I didnot pay any penny for tax. ( they all stocking company and they three are out of my State too) . The reason I donot buy anymore from other two because brightlife has one item that fit my need the most. 2- the amount they require for free shipping for you purchase is too high: 100.00. This number give me a hassle when I think to reorder some stocking from brightlife .

    You carry 30-40 rated compression socks. These are almost always ordered as a direct response to a medical situation and doctor's (or in my case a wound specialist) orders. That your "normal" turnaround time under those circumstances was almost 2 weeks is hardly acceptable, and your expedited delivery wasn't all that fast and the price was outrageous.

    I was looking for a specific product. I read a lot of product reviews before I made my choice. The shipping took longer than I wanted but when I received my package it was obvious that it had been caught in some machine and re-taped again. So I am not marking BrightLife down for that. I just wish this product came in a left and right side option.
