    I found Brightlifedirect website about a year ago. Have placed 5-6 orders since then. Used customer service first order or two and found them very helpful. Ordered items also received in timely manner. I will say there is one peculiar thing I’ve found on their website. When searching for items with the filter feature, I can only make one choice in that section before it kicks me out of the filter feature. If I want to enter 3-4 search criteria, I have to go back into filter section after each choice. I have used other sites with this feature and can simply click on the desired filter criteria and press go and what I was looking for pops up on the first try. I am using an iOS phone so possibly there is some compatibility issue as I have found with other websites on occasion that don’t exist with a PC. Otherwise I am very pleased with Brightlifedirect.

    I recently had a problem when placing an online order on a Saturday when the office was closed. I called first thing Monday morning. My issue was immediately resolved in a very courteous manner. I have ordered compression stockings from Bright Life for a number of years and will continue to do so. They last a long time if hand washed with mild soap such as Dreft.     Brightlife direct has been a good source of compression Garments for many of my patients. As a lymphedema therapist I have sent many patients to this company and made purchases on their behalf as well as for my supplies. I however have one complaint- the shipment time is killing me. Please look into making the ti.e between order and shipment less than 1 weeek. In my experience this does not i crude shipping time. That's my only complaint. This is a great place with plenty of hard to find stock, but shipping is too lengthy

    The customer service of your company is great. the agents very nice and kind. Only one thing I don't feel good and right about your company's calculation is: YOU CHARGE YOUR CUSTOMERS THE TAX . I ordered from other five companies, they are also big companies. no one charged me even one penny for tax. Beside they free shipping even with one pair of order while your requirement for free shipping is very high amount: 100.00. These two issues makes me not very happy. I still have a question : Is the Tax rate that you have made your customers pay. where it comes from?     Excellent company to purchase compression stocking from as they offer free returns up to 30 days with only cost being for return postage label. Finding which brand is the best fit for you can be challenging. Another positive factor about this Brightlife is that phone operators are available to answer questions and guidance with deciding what to order. They offer the best prices, also.     I have always found BrightLife Direct to have excellent customer service and extremely quick turn-around for filling orders, including my most recent order for compression stockings, and commend them for these important attributes However, as has occurred with my prior orders over the last year or two, the recent order of four boxes of stockings, valued at hundreds of dollars, was shipped in a plastic bag rather than a box. This resulted in the stocking boxes being crushed, tabs torn, and with one box having a hole that punctured the box and raised concerns about the stockings inside being damaged, as they are packaged in only a small plastic bag. They were not damaged, but if I were returning that item, it could not be restocked with the box in its current condition (which was not due to mishandling on the recipient end) or else the next customer who receives it (and assuming the same shipping container, i.e., bag, so that it might be even further damaged) may have an even more diminished view of the sender. I realize as shipping costs continue to increase, the desire to save on those costs is understandable when free shipping is provided for orders above a certain monetary total. However, when that method so compromises the experience of the customer on the receiving end, the trade-off in terms of reputation may not be worth the savings.

    I am very disappointed in the quality of the Allegro knee highs that I ordered. I start ordering this brand back in the 2000's and they were soft with a more silky texture. The ones that I received in this latest order are hard and the grain of the hose is very prominent. Not dressy like they use to be.

    Takes a very long time to receive orders despite paying large shipping costs for small Velcro strips. Will be ordering from another company next time. Ordered July 3. Won’t get to me until July 14. I don’t understand why…the shipping costs almost as much as what I ordered. I needed these now, but being disabled with a VERY small budget, is why I couldn’t afford to get better shipping. Will be looking elsewhere from now on.

    The order went fine. Obtaining the 15% discount was a little confusing since I had to obtain a special code and then place my order. I responded to the link the agent gave me and was told that someone would contact me later with the code. I waited about 4 hours and decided to send an email saying that I was still waiting for the code. The next morning, I received the code and proceeded later to place my order. Other than the delay, the representative did an excellent job in completing my order.

    I ordered an arm sleeve with glove, but what I received was not what I ordered. I paid £112.50 per item, placed the order on June 20, and received the order on July 11.     I have been buying Allegro compression hose for many years. 90% of my workday is spent on my feet. This is an excellent, extremely well made pair of socks. They are thicker than a dress sock and slightly thinner than a typical crew sock. They wear like iron and I do throw them in the wash; not going to hand wash. Nevertheless they last years
