I was expecting to receive my order on 7-16-25 but I was notified by email on 7-15-25 that one of the products was on backorder and could not be delivered on time. I was glad that Ann from customer service sent me that email so I would not be looking for the order to come the next day. I was also given the option of canceling the order and getting a refund or waiting for the product to come in. I decided to wait for the product to be back in stock and it was delivered on 7-24-25 by USPS and put in my mailbox. I was glad that it didn’t take long for the product to become available and sent to me. The only problem was that the email notification of the product being shipped was sent at the same time as the notification of the product being delivered. Both emails were sent to me 7-24-25 at 4:20pm which seemed strange to me but at least the emails of notification were sent.

It has taken Bright Life Direct 6 days to realize and notify me that my products are backordered into August. In the past, the service hasn't been stellar but this is the worst. Unfortunately there aren't many alternatives so you have a rather captive clientelle.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from bright. My latest order came in a pair of socks short. I called and customer service was spot on. They reviewed the order and are sending me the missing pair. It was 3 whites and 2 blacks and I was a black pair short. Compression socks are expensive so it was nice to not have a headache to get my missing pair. Also service picked up the phone quickly...none of this 20 minutes of robot talk that we all hate. Keep up the good work. I will most likely be wearing these for the rest of my life and you are my new goto company for new orders.

I was pleased to find support hose which would fit my short stature and larger calves. I had no problem to order them. However, there was quite a delay receiving them. I called the support line and was given excellent service in locating the order. BrightLife agreed that the unexpected wait was excessive and arranged for a second shipment be sent to me at no further cost. I was very satisfied, especially since the delay was not the fault of BrightLife. I'm looking forward to trying my order once it arrives.

The phone service was excellent, BUT when she asked her boss a question--SHE LIED. I have many years of ordering and the Allegro knee high top band of #18 sheer sox has always been about 1inch and is now 1 and 3/4 inches. I was told it was never 1inch. I was wearing a pair with 1 inch. So, I returned them for a different color which I was told might have the 1 inch band. THEY DID NOT AND I AM RETURNING THEM. I am disturbed by the lie, but will try to find a different brand maybe to order next time I catch a sale. Very disappointed, but willing to give a chance to broghtlife since I had years of good experience..

Stockings that FIT! Very easy to call, and they were extremely helpful in ordering the correct size. I like that they fit high on my thighs and stay up. I ordered sz Small and very happy with the fit and color Nude. I'm 5' 2", under 100# yet have worn support stockings my entire adult life because I'm on my feet almost all day. I’m very pleased with Brightlifedirect and appreciate ability to return stockings that aren’t what you wanted. Mediven thigh high 20/30 stocking were “beige” but had to return as color looked brown next to my skin. I also found them very difficult to get on as compared to other brands.

I enjoy wearing the allegro share nylons, and this year I ordered nylons with open toe so I could wear them with my sandals. Even the socks I’ve ordered have been fantastic The product is excellent. It gives me great compression on my legs and my legs feel energized. If you haven’t tried the nylons or socks, I would encourage you to do that you will be very pleased.
