    The merch is very much necessary for good health and comfort. The sell quality, medical grade items not the at a reasonable price, not the items that are being offered that turn out to be poor or mediocre kitschy things. Their customer service staff really does give service should you need it. In fact they recently handled a mistake I made in placing an order that got quite confusing - and they did it very well, even restoring my rewards credit so I could use it again!

    Ok resolved but it took many emails. Some of this was my error but it's confusing that you only have certain brands in one color. Anyway none of them fit so I need to return and exchange. Next steps? I will remove this review if I can figure out how!!!

    Compression is good and the fly is handy, the waste band is not adequate consequently they slide down, to expensive of the product having to make adjustments constantly.

    The night arm garment for lymphedema, a Circaid Size 3 or 4, which I ordered was recommended by my Occupational Therapist. I phoned BrightLite on Monday Sept 8th because I had paid an extra $19 to have the night arm sleeve delivered on Monday Sept 8th because I had to leave town on Tuesday Sept 9th. The person I talked with checked the undelivered order and said that night sleeve has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The person I talked with helped me find another night garment I could use for the sudden increase in the swelling of the forearm from the prescription from the Therapist. The representative waived the signature requirement so the sleeve could be delivered by the time I returned on Friday Sept 12th. The garment came on Sept 11th and my neighbor put it in the house. Bad News, no one phoned me the day of the delivery that the night garment had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Good News, the representative knew how to find a substitute arm garment that works. Wish I could find my notes to give you the helpful person's name, but do not have time to look around.

    I looked for a toeless version of thigh high stockings with a look that will work well with sandal style shoes and a ballet length dress for a wedding. I think they meet the need becuae they look sheer and more dressy than most compression stockings options, The Brightlife website makes it easy to search for what you like and compare options.

    They fit my husband very nicely . Easy for the nursing assistants put on his legs in morning before he goes to breakfast in his wheelchair.     The site itself is fine. It’s easy to navigate, has good pictures and descriptions of products, checkout is easy. I did have quite a bit of trouble overall, as my first order was returned to the company AFTER it had actually arrived at my small-town, local post office because the name was incorrect on my mailing label. It was returned to the company, undeliverable. The order had taken almost two weeks to get to my town (tracking feature is good). After I contacted customer service, they resent the order. Unfortunately, when those stockings finally arrived, they were way too large, although I had matched the size chart exactly. So, Ray was helpful in offering several other choices to try. I thought I could just exchange and pay the difference, but it wasn’t that simple. They sent a label electronically which I printed and used to return the stockings. Then I had to wait until the stockings had actually been received AND a credit has been applied to my account. That process took about two weeks. So by the time I ordered my second round of stockings and received them, summer was over. I wish they offered other shipping options besides DHL. Fed Ex would be my preference, and I’d be willing to pay a few bucks extra for faster delivery. The orders are filled promptly, but there is definitely a lag in shipping once the order is filled. The quality of the products as been good.
