  I purchased an item from here. It was wrong. When I called to see about how to send back and get a refund they told me I needed to email them. I have emailed several times with no response. Every time I call they tell me there is nothing they can do except email the customer service department. Very dissatisfied. I would not recommend at all.

  I had a terrible experience with Best Materials. I do purchasing for a school and my maintenance person requested I order a specific item. Unfortunately, the item did not work for us and we immediately contacted Best Materials to exchange the item. Their customer service is terrible and they will not take the item back even though it was nothing custom and was a regular stocked item. DO NOT PURCHASE from Best Materials - they do not care about customer service or satisfaction.

  I needed a replacement foam seal for the inside if my slide room on my motorhome. This was the perfect answer for me. Super quick and easy. The original was whiteish and this is black but when the slide is out it doesn't show. Easy ordering ,fast shipping and was exactly as advertised.
