  I purchased the tip to caulk roofing screws with the recommended Np1 sealant sealant was extremely thick and would not pass the spring tip I had to take the spring tip off to complete the job. When I called back no one could tell me why went went another sealant company and it worked great. Use your product and get familiar with it

  The product was good, however, the shipping was horrible. When I called to follow up on the delay, the representative was quite rude. He stated there was a 1-2 day lead, he was very rude in saying so. It was more like 7-10.

  Originally, I was not able to make the order on the website because of a problem with how I input the order. Inputing the order, followed by a continue command at the top of the page was confusing followed by instructions to hit another command only one time messed me up. I then pulled out of the sequence and tried to input the order again and it would not accept my credit card number. I got an email from the company saying I had left an item in my shopping cart but when returning to the companies web site and accessing the shopping cart it indicated it was empty. I contacted the company directly by phone and the receptionist was very helpful indicating that someone from sales would contact me. In an email, The sales person replied that they reset the page and that I should complete my order. I did that and my order was accepted. Delivery if the Black EPDM was then forth coming. The product meets our needs exactly. The personnel that worked with me were very professional. The website I felt had a confusing flow and its function did not work smoothly for me.

  I think you should come up with some better shipping options. The product I bought was $50 and the freight ended up being $25-$30 on top of that. And the product was not heavy.

Unfortunately, backer rod is very bulky and consumes a high volume of space in shipping. Shipping costs are determined by the larger of actual weight or “dimensional weight”, (inches of LxWxH/194 = dimensional weight), and not just the actual weight of the product. We want all customers to be satisfied with their experience with us, and I'm sorry we weren't able to offer a more inexpensive shipping option.   The warmer isn't warm enough to keep tank from freezing. I can put my hand directly on warmer inside and its barely warm. In addition my warmer came with holes on the liner that wraps around the tank. I used customer service and was asked to send pictures. I sent the pictures and to date have not received any correspondence. I wish I had spent the extra money for the other warmer on the market.

  I ordered a silicone sealer for my wood stove vent pipe. The product is good. My problem is I spent near 60 bucks to have it overnight/ next day shipped and did not receive the product for over a week. They did not try to contact me that it was going to be late but they sure keep my money. I would not order from them if you want next day shipping as they will not deliver and steal you money.
