  Please with the delivered product, use it for boiling a large (10) gallon pot of water and melting large quantities of lead. The lead is used to cast cannon balls for my 1 1/2” bore cannon. Thanks

  The product I ordered was fine. I called spoke with a sales rep before placing my order and asked if a Square Base boot was available in Gray, as that would have preferable. He assured me that a service rep would call. I left my number, but never got a call, so went ahead w/the round boot.

  EXCELLENT SERVICE....but the product I have purchased must be old or in inventory way to long as when I 'gun' it, the outside tube material breaks open and I end up having to spooning it out with my fingers....and this stuff is STICKY!!!!

  Trying to cancel an order was an extremely difficult exercise, involving 3 emails and 2 phone calls. There seems to be none/or little available communication between their retail store and online systems/warehouse. Since it was time sensitive, I called the day of the order to cancel, and was told I had to email customer service instead. Emailed, got no response. Emailed again the next day, no response. Then received shipping information, and emailed AGAIN! I decided I'd had enough of their dismal communication, and called again. This time I wasn't so happy, and the person on the phone somehow got in touch with whatever division of their company actually ships the orders. They then sent me an email asking why I cancelled - I had explained this in my previous 3 other emails, that I simply made an error ordereding the wrong gauge copper.

  The description lead me to believe that the device would attach onto the top of a standard conical shaped nozzle of caulk in a caulking gun. It did not!

  I had a tough time finding these metal roofing screws in a 2 inch size anywhere locally . These arrived as advertised and shored up the windward eaves and gable rakes with something better and with more bite than the 5/8 screws that the roofer used . Thanks . ***** ******

  I ordered the concrete roller cover and roller but the roller and the cover are not the same size so I paid for things that don't work together and one roller cover hasn't been delivered yet

  Hello Francis, The texture roller sleeve does fit most but not all roller cages. The 18'' adjustable roller cage should fit the textured roller. We show that both roller cages did get delivered.   I ordered 2 sleeves, 2 cages, I received 1 roller sleeve, 2 adjustable cages with small end caps that don't fit the sleeves and a small 18 inch interior cage thing that doesn't fit either. I found a couple of plumbing parts that work as end caps but I spent a lot for shipping and didn't get what I thought I was ordering, so I'm not happy

  Spoke with your company before ordering the ridge vent and told it measured 13" wide. not so - is 13.5" and have not been able to install it!!!!

  Hello Edward, The louver description on the website does state that the louver measures a 1/2'' smaller than the call out size on the inside opening. (Inside louver size is 1/2" smaller than call out size.< br/> * 3/4 inch from outside edge to inside edge of louver area.)   Could be the worst customer service every! A total waste of time. I ordered a Nickel bronze downspout nozzle. They not only sent to me the wrong color but it also has grinder marks along the finished face. I sent photos and their response was we can refund your money but you will need to send it back at your expense in addition pay for the original shipping. I also called customer service and spoke with a gentleman that could not even apologize for the mistake made or even assure me they would make this right. Now I am waiting for a call back from another person. All I want to do is get the issue corrected . I can't believe this when they clearly sent me the wrong product. Total waste of valuable time!!!
