  The item ordered on their web site was still being advertised when it was no longer available. I was not advised it was no longer being sold until some weeks afterwards. I had to order the product elsewhere. For that reason, I wouldn't order from them again!

Production times and materials are effected by the mass shortages across the nation. However, thats not an excuse as to why you were not notified immediately about the product shortages.   So far I like the product and it has performed well. What keeps me from giving a better rating is I have reached out to the manufacturer several times asking about certain parts contained in the package that had no explanation of their use. The instructions does not show or mention them, but it appears they could enhance my use if I only knew what they were for.

  ok but when selling this product should suggest an upsell for the surface preparation liquid and when shipping it use a bigger box that lets the flat rubber section stay flat - mine arrived curled up so I left it for a few days with weight on the curls to flatten it out.

  The Drain covers were due to arrive while we were away from home. Best Material (BM) was contacted to delay the shipment until we would be home; unfortunately, we contacted them too late to avoid shipment. BM did contact UPS to delay the shipment at some expense to themselves. The drains did arrive while we were away and were immediately installed. The fit was great. So far no rain to test.

  It didn’t fit well on my slightly curved stucco covered parapet. It slipped when in use which is dangerous. Plus it must weigh 40 pounds so not easy to lug up a ladder to be installed. I tried to return it but the restocking fee and my cost of shipping it back caused me to keep it and cut my loss. I may try to sell it o a scrap dealer.

  Thank you but I don’t think these possible fixes will help. I believe the only effective fix would be a metal cap on the parapet to create a firm and flat surface, but that is too expensive.

  Delivery was delayed and no one informed me, then delayed again with no notice, finally arrived and some was damaged. I did order 90 five gallon buckets but they couldn't handle the order apparently. I will not be using them again 😒

  I was unable to find the MasterKure CC 250SB on line. I called & spoke to a sales associate who helped me complete my order. He was very polite & professional.   My order came on time. Some of the order was damage I called customer service and sent them pictures. They sent out replacement in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with this product.
