  I'm not pleased at the fact that every call has to go through the receptionist and there is absolutely no way to speak to someone in shopping if there was a problem. Ordered an item from best material, the manufacturer sent it out without any protection and the item arrived looking like it was steamrolled during the delivery process, this wasn't the fault of best material at all. The problem with best material started after I informed them that the item was damaged and to send another one asap. It took 3 days of constant calls and leaving messages with the messaging center and never spoke to someone at shopping. This item should have been out the door from the manufacturer the same day not 3 days later. Honestly thinking about it this should probably be a 2 star. I dont plan on doing business with best material in the future. It's the fact that I physically cannot speak with anyone directly about issues. It's always leave a message and well call you. I would rather go anywhere else.

  The company was responsive to my needs. I ordered some rope but the company providing the rope wasn't wasn't able to ship to my address via USPS. So, Best Materials had the rope sent to them and then they shipped to me. I'm happy with the service and the responsiveness of the company.

  My order was shipped in 24 hours when I received my order the package was damaged and nine of the 10 items were missing. I sent pictures of damaged package to bestmaterials in an email. They responded the same afternoon and replacement items were shipped the following day.

  Very Customer oriented business. We were treated very well with our concerns on this order by customer service. We are also very impressed with how well the EternaBond Roof Seal White Tape adheres to our 1993 camper's roof. We believe this product will do the job better than any other product on the market could possibly do. We ordered the Eterna Prime Cleaner and the EternaPrime Spray which made the job a lot easier and better. We have since ordered more tape to go around all the vents and air conditioner.

  Ordered a large quantity of polypropylene manila-look rope to wrap the pilings of our boat dock. Shipped within a few days of our order and delivered via liftgate truck to our home. The rope looks great and got it at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Best Materials

  Yes, I was notified of the cancellation after my order was placed. I was just disappointed that the item still showed up as being available on your website. I was in desperate need of this product and it cost a few extra days by thinking they were on order and several days later being told the products weren’t available. It would be much better if your website was linked with inventory so that it wouldn’t allow customers to buy products that are out of stock. Thanks!

  Very easy webpage to navigate through. Lots of helpful information. We are building a RV and got so much bennifitial info from Best Materials web page. Our first shipment got lost in transit the mail delivery team was mediocre. Best Materials got my replacement to me in a very timely manor! Our project, however not done yet has been made 10x easier by this company. I recommend them to all of our friends (my husband and myself are both contractors) I wish I could review 100x over. 10/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DOING GREAT. Even with our shipping issues.(no fault of the company) Everything was handled very smoothly.

  I had to replace attic external vents on each side of the house and ordered the 12"x18" flat surface mount product... both fit like a glove and installation was simple. These new vents look beautiful and we're very happy with the product we purchased from "Best Materials"!
