  It says 1200 sq feet. I only got 4 planels sprayed and that was only 1 layer. Not even close to 1200 sq ft.. told customer services about it and nothing been done. Don't waste your money. Your better off with idi distribution. Atleast their 600 sq ft foam spray 6 to 8 planels

  I had emailed 3 times and called twice and was unable to get anybody to call me back and answer a simple question regarding a product. I was assured twice that a team member would call me back promptly. My email had a clear and concise question but all I got for a response was a question regarding what I wanted. After 3 attempts I gave up.

It is never our intention to allow for purchases to be placed with out of stock items. We rely heavily on manufactures and when we are notified by the manuafacturer of an extended lead time we are just as dissappointed as you.   The product was exactly what I ordered. the average rating has to do with the fact it took a week to receive an 8lb package at the cost of $71 adding over 25% to the cost of goods. Shipping costs are way too high!

  Hi Greg, I wouldn't consider 1 week from AZ to CA expedited shipping, I've received larger (& heavier) orders from MSC and/or Zoro in less time at a lower rate. Just saying! COVID is an over used excuse. The package didn't arrive in 3 days & caused rescheduling the work.

  Auto email is annoying... respond and get the same email back again. At least the Bot copied in a person who realized that the machines made a mistake and stepped in to correct. It was fixed fairly quickly, but come on. Put order in box and send it to address that is given... 5 stars. Keep asking for more verification. Next time 3 stars.

  The website claims quick turn around of materials and shipping within 2-3 days. No one even bothered to follow up after 2-3 days, and had to consistently call ourselves and probe to get any information. Almost 2 weeks later...we are still waiting for confirmation that material has shipped.

  Speedy shipping, very well packaged, if not for the well thought out packaging the materials would have been damaged by the poor handling of the delivery personnel, appears to have been dropped a few times.

  First order took weeks too receive 2nd order I paid $145.00 for two day shipping and did not receive for over a week. Appears Best Materials relies on other vendors as their suppliers and does not stock anything them shelves. Highly not recommend!!!!
