  It took me about 3 days to complete the order. I would fill out the information, then it would stop responding. But when I went back the next day, I could pick up and get to the next spot and it would just quit responding. Maybe it was just me. At least I didn’t have to start back from the beginning each time.

  order delivery was delayed due to weather, so havent used all products. epdm is suspect will be just fine, however the low voc cleaner is weak. environmentally friendlier perhaps, but a waste of money. ill use acetone or laquer thinner i think.

  It's been over a month and I still have not received my order. When I called and made my order they said it would be shipped in a day or two, then 2 weeks later I get an update email saying it won't ship for another 2 or 3 weeks. Will never order from here again.

  No please , i can make what i have work....just pack tighter with stiff cardboard on the top and bottom of the role and fill so less room for the malleable roll of tape to float around in the box for the next guy. Take care...thanks.rich

  My product shipped from Canada, during COVID, and still arrived on time. The information provided on their webpage helped me understand how to use the product I was purchasing. Only thing I would recommend is that they add an Epoxy Caulking Gun as a required tool for the Rhino Carbon Fiber Concrete Crack Lock Kit.

  I had a problem last year when my tarp showed up at my house with rips in it. It arrived without it being protected in a box. You guys then sent me a replacement which was fine. Now this year my new tarp has shown up again without a box for protection. I have not inspected it yet but now I am loosing faith in your company. I order the same item every year and until 2 yrs ago I have been happy. I dont like companies taking shortcuts just to save a buck. Even if the tarp is in good condition, I cant trust it when it shows up at my door box less.

  The processing of my order was great, no mistakes, delivered when expected. I thought the shipping was high compared to other online sites, but Best Materials was the only one that had what I needed, and I think the shipping all gets worked out in the end regardless, free shipping you pay more, etc. as these basic vents were only around $20 each, I'm very happy with what I paid in total for them.

  Risers were on backorder but were delivered 3 weeks earlier than projected. Customer service did right by emailing to find out if I wanted to wait or cancel the order. Had more than one company sit on my order for weeks without communicating with me AFTER I HAD PAID in such a situation.

  I am totally dissatisfied with my order. I have an old model, TSF/TTF, of Velux Sun Tunnel that needed a new dome. I sent a picture of the existing dome along with a ruler laying beside it. The Customer Service Rep checked with the technicians and they told her that there was no replacement for my dome. However, she insisted that the current 14" dome that Velux had would work. So I spent $148 for the replacement dome which I received. Upon trying to install it, it would not fit as it was too small. I have tried to contact the CSR but have received NO response. Since Velux does not have a replacement dome I would like a refund.

  Hello Richard, Sorry that the replacement dome did not work for you. The manufaturer of your sun tunnel no longer makes the model you have and the 14'' replacement dome was worth a try considering a full replacement of a tunnel.   They have above and beyond to deliver product to a Tractor Supply jobs site that was delivered to the wrong address. They overnighted a delivery so the product was on site the next morning. I will definitely use Best Material for items needed on all my Projects.

  After placing my order and several days later, I get a call that the order is on backorder for 3 to 4 weeks. As everyone knows, this could have been avoided before ever receiving customers money. But the only good thing I can say is that the customer service rep was prompt and understanding when I canceled my order. Only a few days and my money was refunded.
