  Prior to ordering, checked the web page to make sure the products were available. Web page said in stock; confirmed that this was correct with a phone call. Assured that the products were in stock and would ship within 24 hours. Placed my order Two days later received an email stating that the products were on back order and would be available in 4 - 6 WEEKS!!

  I live in a wildfire burn zone from last year. So I was eager to do everything fire experts said to do to protect my house. But I couldn't find the soffit vents they recommended to keep sparks out in the size I needed. I looked for a long time and couldn't find them anywhere. Local hardware stores didn't even know what I was talking about. I finally found them at Best Materials. They're expensive. But, if they save my house, they're worth it. Also, when I made a mistake on my order, they responded right away, and cancelled the order so I could do a new one.

  this was a struggle to get- I wanted two after I ordered but they would not help me- I paid $495.oo for shipping and did not want to pay again I needed fast. paid for Fed ex- found out days later that it was not sent Fed Ex and I wanted to know about getting a refund if I did not call I would have never known.

  All was fine on the order. I got what the man at Lowes told me I needed that they did not carry. It was when I received it that it was too big and I needed to return and the cost was about as much as the object itself. I had to order another (14 inch) that arrived in great condition and is up on the roof. Just the postage was a killer so I gave it away rather than spend the amount I would get on the return on postage.

  I thought this would b e the best way to get my needed product. It arrived quickly and I was excited to get it ready to install. When the contractor went to put it up, it was too big. So I needed to mail back, I had already paid postage to get it to me. I took the 25 x 25 x 18 package to UPS and was told it would cost over a hundred dollars or the post office over 400.00. Needless to say, I needed to get another one, paying postage there too. So I have one u and one I cannot use. Help from the company, no way.... and the item originated within my state! Now I know why apoplectic use Amazon all the time!
