I called informing you that the cart was a quality built cart but that the shipping wrapping protection was terrible. Paint blemishes everywhere, I had king cutter paint on hand and ended up painting the entire upside. After completing the paint I receive an email from CS AT BEST MATERIALS, stating the would need to see the blemishes before any type of discount could be applied. No trust anymore I guess.

I emailed back and forth with a customer series rep. I told him that I had the remainder of a 5 gallon bucket of BestCoat that I was still working with and wanted to match it. I was told to take a picture of the label on my bucket which I did. The rep told me that it was Cloud White i was working with and to order that which I did. When it arrived the color was grey. Upon inquiring with another rep, I was told that "I wasn't forced to pick that color" and that was the brightest white you had and their was nothing they can do. Now I have half of my retaining wall complete with white and a bucket of grey I can't use or return. Not happy.

Answer by A AFlagNot necessary. I went thru my original mason and he was able to get me the color I needed in one day. All I had to do was send him the same picture of the bucket like I did with your rep. I gave him the bucket you sent me because I will never use it, and had to pay him an additional $90. The solution would to reimburse my purchase price.

I was told the item was in stock & could ship once ordered. I placed the order & my credit card was charged. My order was not shipped for 6 days. I placed the order 11 days ago & the item is not showing to be delivered for 2 more days. Also, I spoke to the freight line & I was charged $309.14 freight but the cost to ship was only $269.74. I have called several times during business hours & can only get an answering service. After leaving 3 messages & sending emails, no one has yet to return my calls. Horrible customer service.

Paid almost as much in shipping as I did for the product I ordered. Then they expect me to call and plan the logistics with the shipping company to have my one roll of material delivered. What did I pay for. We’ll see if I ever get my order. It’s been a month. Most disappointing. Don’t recommend doing business with Best Material. Terrible first impression.

Before placing the order, I called in to confirm some product information. One agent ( I recall it was Daniel ) directly told me that product was discontinued for supply for years, which made me shocked. When I wanted to double-check what he said with a senior agent or manager, he rejected my request without any hesitation. All I can do is to make a second call to confirm the availability of the product. The sales agent service is terrible. When the package arrived, one item was damaged and useless. One week after I reported the case to Bestmaterails.com, I am still waiting for the response from logistics agent.

Very poor. It took ten days for you to tell me the poly prime was back ordered. The young lady that takes the calls is not very helpful on the both occasions I called. She could not tell me anything about the back order or give me a refund and cancel the order. I had to ask to speak to a manager. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and processed my refund while we spoke.

They didn't disclose that they're actually ordering this supplies; so they have to wait to receive it before sending it out to you. THEN the shipping you pay for is recognized. In other words, don't pay for expedited shipping because they won't receive it for weeks after you order it, anyway, then it'll be on its way to you. Best bet is to order directly through the manufacturer if you need it timely.

The RINO epoxy dual-tube cartridge doesn't fit in my new $67.00 caulking gun. When I asked Best if I should remove the forward alignment plate, or grind out the rear stop pin, so I could actually use this tool, I never received a reply. HINT: When using the gun that cartriges do not go into, remove the rear stop pin, to gain the room needed to insert it. Why have a Customer Service Department, and ignore a question about a brand new tool that you can't use?

Waited a very long time with no information provided after placing the order. I was asked to rate the transaction and had to say i had not yet received it. No information was forthcoming still after several more day. I was forced to go on line and chat that i had not received my order. Within a day i began receiving information about the order being processed (what i would have expected a few weeks earlier after my order was first placed). Within a week or so i had my order. The whole process exceeded a month.

The so called high pressure system……. The gun used is extremely cheap, cheap, cheap!!!! I received my materials opened up the box took the high pressure gun out which is actually an extremely cheap grease gun put the thread tape onto the threaded part of the nozzle then hand tightened it while I was threatening it on the female threaded portion broke into pieces. I reached out the best materials they informed me to take a picture attach it to email send it in so I did and received a new gun within five days only to have the exact same thing happen again only this time it happened while I was on a job. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product and have read several other reviews saying the same thing. Please look into this I count on these orders to get jobs done.

When contacting the staff via phone, the information given to me was incorrect, i am a retired engineer and understand drawing details. i believe that this is related to a common problem in our service industries regarding STEM functionality of students graduating from our prep schools in the USA.
