  We ordered polypropylene rope but received manila. I am trying to get it shipped back or receive the correct product. So far no luck. They wanted a picture of the product. I do not have the ability to do that. So now what? I will be billed for product shipped in error. And I still do not have the product I need. Chuck advised me to keep the product and the correct product would be shipped. Still waiting.

  I just would have appreciated there being a suggestion about needing the follow plate when i bought the 5hal bucket of permachink. I needed them to come together but instead I didn't get my project done in time because i had to spend more money and wait for something that should have been suggested before my first checkout.   Product was as expected, just makes no sense that it was $13 for 12 day shipping or $30 for 3 day to ship two tiny boxes of nails. With that said, even with the added shipping, I still saved $40 compared to other sites, so I'm happy.

  Purchased AP516 clamp on snow guards for my standing seem metal roof. They are substantial and easy to install. I have not had significant snow yet to make final judgement. The only problem I have is there was supposed to be at least three lug screws- (there are four holes) but they only came with two screws. Best Materials has not answered my emails about this.

  I made the order which included the shipping of $56. Then almost a week later, this company notified me the shipping cost was now $337. I then canceled the order. They broke the original deal, wasted my time, and delayed my project because they didn't know how to figure shipping amounts.

  I could not find the product I needed to fill somewhat tapered gaps between portions of my concrete driveway locally or would have needed to buy a very large supply that far exceeded what I needed. I finally called Best Materials, having seen their website had everything I needed. I was connected with a knowledgeable and helpful agent. All my questions were answered. The order arrived a few days ahead of schedule. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.

  When I ordered 1 1/4" wide sealant tape I expected to get 1/1/4" wide tape. This tape is more like putty. The width is completely inconsistent, and the thickness is completely inconsistent. Maybe I just did not understand what I was ordering, and what Butyl consisted of.

  very very poor... your customer service is a joke! I placed the order online followed up several times and received NO REPLAY. The only reply I received was from the mfr. themselves. They sent me an email with pricing, they let me know one item was no longer available, although Best Materials showed both items stk but, neither item was ... Mfr. gave me the replacement part number and I forward all of that on to your shipping and customer service Daniel and no changes were made to my order. Best Materials had no clue about my order whatsoever. Extremely disappointed all the way around. If I could I would give Best Materials a negative score... Either improve your operations or get out of business.
