  I paid $571 next day air, it was sent ground. Called bestmaterials and was told they have thousands of orders, And to call the shipper. They had no interest in working it out, looking into it. Or understanding what my issue was. With that said. The product was great!

  I looked far and wide for these screws. I finally found them on your site. I ordered them and stopped looking. We need them for a project in April. For two weeks, I assumed these were on the way, until I got an email saying you won't have them until September. They should not be listed on your web site if they are not in stock. Furthermore, I should have been notified immediately when I placed the order. I lost two weeks in trying to locate them, which really minimized my chances of finding them anywhere. Alas, I cannot find them anywhere and I now have zero options.

  The product was just the answer to vent trapped moister from under an exit roofing system. Would have given a 5 star except for the inability to track the shipment. Lack of a tracking number. Just never was able to schedule the installation for customer. Not good to have an unhappy customer.

  Well, it fits and it vents. Not exactly the highest quality, but it’s a soffit vent. Birds and stuff should be thwarted, air not so much. Only thing is the handling fee and shipping cost. Seems old school…just like my house.

  They do not tell you when you will get your product until after you pay for it. If the period is to long then they tell you they will credit. But, they already have your money and it take a couple of weeks to get it back.

  The grease gun serving as the injector leaked badly out the back of it and when I called today I was told that there should have been bag inserts included (there were none nor did the instructions refer to any). I was told a replacement gun with bag inserts will be shipped to me.

  The ridge venting material appears quality. My only complaint was in the sticky material that is supposed to be at the rib locations. I found it was insufficient as a temp hold down solution (especially at the ends) while the ridge cap was being reinstalled.

  I had no issues with the website as they include a lot of instructional videos as well as written instructions. I put on a 30'x10' EPDM roof on my balcony and the materials are the best out there. The M1 adhesive sealant seams almost a miracle material. while the Lucas caulking was equally impressive. The Cover Seam tape with Butyl is really impressive as well. highly recommend Best

  I paid twice as much as the product for expedited delivery. They did contact me saying the product would be late, but no mention of reimbursement. Upon returning to their site they do say that there will be no reimbursements for late deliveries. Insane. Wish I had seen that. Not good policy.

  Order my product took two week to come in called and emailed them with not response of when or we it was at. Had order from other company cause the house was closing cost me 1,450 more. asked for a refund nothing. Then they sent me the product 2 days later.
