I ordered 130 6" 1/2 round gutter supports and paid for 130. I only got 117. With no explanation. But the box was marked 130 shipped. When I got to the powder coating shop and actually opened the box and counted , I found to be short 13 supports with clips. When we called to let them know, we'll that didn't go so well. Your company asked us to spread the supports and take a picture of them to prove that we were not lying. I have a receipt of the 117 supports that were powder coated. Why would I only do 117 if that's all I got. The installation of the gutter system is now on hold and well, we are now waiting for someone to contact us and either give me back my money or ship me the 23 supports. Very unprofessional treatment of a customer.

When companies similar to ours ask for photos of the products that were shipped to a customer it's per the manufacturers request. We don't make false accusations as mistakes happen. You will receive the 13pcs that were missing not 23pcs. Again, this is our process when an issue arises with a shipment. I had a couple problems in the beginning. I sent an email with some questions for a large order I intended to purchase, but did not receive a response, which was disappointing. After a couple of calls, I did get through to a representative who helped me in a timely manner and was polite. I elected to order online ($7k with $7k shipping). I was a bit nervous sending that amount of money to a business I have never heard of before, but this is where they impressed me. I received my order confirmation immediately, as well as at least one email daily to let me know the status. Order was shipped (5500lbs) within a couple of days and delivered not long after. The freight driver was awesome and very accommodating to my unique delivery situation. (Jordan @TST-CF- 5 stars). With the stress-free process of the ordering, shipping, and delivery, I can overlook that my email flew under the radar. Lord knows I have done it too! Thank you for a pleasant business experience! It is rare these days...

The product is great. The poor rating is because I paid for a quick delivery of 3 days and 5 days later it was shipped. The package arrived late (by 5 days) and was damaged. The product was bent and damaged due to poor shipping. Knowing it would take longer to get a new one, we made the damaged product work.

Christina in Shipping is the example of customer service. She navigated thru a very difficult situation with a transporter who had not responded to multiple inquiries for a shipment that was three weeks beyond the advertised delivery date with a non-working answering system to ultimately find my product and get it to my jobsite. This product is a good clean option for mounting a 4x4 post to the top deck of a porch. It is heavy duty and straight forward to mount. The thickness of the metal make it very stable and the low profile makes it easy to cover with moulding if you choose.

We have been trying for 1 weeks to get replacement for this Karnak#100AF Non Fibered Asphalt Emulsion, or ask if we can have the distributors address so we can go up to Renton and pick it up ourselves, and delete the extremely high shipping costs we were charged for this product. We received 2 ea of the 5 ea. 5 gallon contrainers, and one came with no packaging material around the product, the lid came off during shipping and the paint mess all over inside the box. I have been trying to get Customer Service to help us and it's taking another week with still not enough answers. We were told we did not have to ship back the 1 each 5 gallon container as it was unusable and a mess (greatly appreciated that). We really want someone to contact us to get this take care of. They have our emails and phone number.

well on 2/8/22 i ordered a butane tank to be used as a water holding tank for home boiler, we at the time were working on tank for a home, so when i ordered your tank, and got off the phone with best buy, i called my friend to tell him i ordered a tank, he yells im outside your house with a modified tank! with in 30 minutes i cancelled your order. i happen to speak to the same guy i order the new tank, went to the computer to formally cancel the order got a number and that in three to five days my credit card would be refunded. we are now the 19th of feb? then got a email from bestmaterials and they said tank is out of stock, and best buy would be refunding my money?? how would you rate the deal?

Navigation on the site was easy. Easily found what I was looking for, and it was something that I could not find elsewhere. This was my first time on the site, but I encountered no learning curve. Price seemed fair, but shipping charges hurt and as a result Amazon's net price on some items was less. That said, believe it or not, this site had items Amazon did not.
