In talking to customer service they were unable to just take my order over the phone which is reduntantly a waste of time to have customer service that can't provide service and then accounting was unable to provide a receipt reflecting the last four digits of the card I used (which my accounting department requires for submittal) Not to mention shipping cost was astronomically untenable

We are a web-based business, and orders are to be placed on our website. As far as the receipt issue. I'm not sure you spoke to someone in our accounting department. We often provide the type of receipt you speak of when asked. I ran some additional estimates with various freight carriers. Your freight costs were right in line with what I received. I can tell you that freight companies have increased their rates on "bulky", low weight (low density) items. This actually started during the pandemic and hasn't improved. I placed an order and received a confirmation email. A week later I still had not received any shipping info, so I emailed the sales department. After about 5 days with no reply I called, and found out that the product was in stock but nothing had been done to ship it. At that point I didn't have the time to wait for shipping so I canceled the order - which took another phone conversation and email.

I ordered expandable foam closures and paid $127 for 3 day shipping. I ordered them the morning of February 9th and received them February 21st. I called wanting my $127 back for the 3 day shipping I paid extra for and was told…that’s really not how 3 day shipping work, it can take up to 14 days! Like what?! If that was the case I would have saved my $127 dollars and clicked the “10-14 days” option on shipping!
