This is my second order, and for the second time it was a bad experience, I paid for a fast delivery of 3 days more than 400 dollars in shipping and they delivered it to me 13 days later, I did not get any refund of the shipment because according to them the manufacturer did not have the product available, so why do you sell a material if you do not have it in your inventory, this lack of communication caused a huge delay in my work

This has been the most bizarre and costly experience to date. I ordered J-Drain #0316 P-Drain Pet Turf Drainage, Unpunched, 4 Ft. X 50 Ft. Roll (1) on September 12, 2024—one roll. I paid $390.98 on shipping alone, but the final purchase total was $547.55. I needed the product as quickly as possible. I'm located in Los Angeles, and they're in Arizona, so I just knew, barring any supply chain issues, it should get there rather quickly. I received notification that my order shipped on September 20, 2024. Not as quickly as I needed, but that's how the cookie crumbles sometimes. The Fed EX tracking link they supplied did not link to an order, so I was concerned. On Monday, September 30th, after numerous calls, I finally got someone on the line regarding my order. After the initial investigation, it showed that my order had left the East Coast, coming to CA within 15 minutes of my home and then heading east again. Of course, as is my customer, I'm livid at this point, and none of this is making sense. Trying to remain calm and patient, the Best Material associate assured me the item would arrive at my location the next day. That was two days ago, and I still do not have the item. I had the shipping associate repeat my address, email, and phone number on file to ensure they had the correct information, and they did. But it's now Thursday, October 3, 2024, and I still have not received my product and can't get anyone on the phone. This is starting to feel scammy. My order number is: #420659

So I'm pretty disappointed.. it took over a week to tell me my top coat was on backorder.. after several emails and phone calls I finally got service. So I live in Philadelphia. Our weather isn't the greatest. I had a great weather window for my project. They shipped my material. It was suppos to be here Friday. The shipping company call and tell me it won't be here to Monday. Monday I get a call at 2:00 pm saying they can't deliver till Tuesday.. now I completely missed my weather window.i had to pay my guys for 2 days with no work and they charge me close to 600.00 usd to ship 4 buckets.. absolutely ridiculous.. now my project is in limbo and I'm out money because of horrible logistics.. I suggest you find a better shipping company..

Terrible customer service! After waiting 3 weeks there was no update for my order. I emailed for an update but didn't receive a response. I had to call for an update and was told by the salesperson i would receive a phone call or email with an update bit never heard from anyone. I emailed to cancel my order, and again, no response or refund. Will have to call again and deal with incompetence. I found the products I needed elsewhere, cheaper, and received them within a couple of days. Learned my lesson and will no longer be purchasing from bestmaterials.

For three days, I had been back and forth with other vendors via phone and email - none of which got back to me in any timely manner, though I myself was on a time crunch. I placed my first order and asked that they use my company UPS account number for the shipping costs. Instead they intentionally charged my credit card the inflated shipping costs. Overall lead times on the website were not real. Clearly this is a drop shipping company, and we had to cancel the waterproofing since it was months later than we needed it, whereas the simple board came early with no flexibility.
