  I love versi-foam. The major issue I have is it took almost 1 month to receive my order even after paying around $200 for shipping. I wanted to find an alternative to Grainger and was hoping Best Materials would be it. Sadly no!

  My roofing job is waiting for eave riser ordered nearly two weeks ago; never got shipping advice, never got reply to e-mailed request for status, never got call back from voicemails left with "customer service" phone menu option, finally called sales, a day later got e-mail cancellation due to lack of source supply, but material remains listed on website a day later! Wasted my time and disappointed my job.

  Called Best Materials to find out the best product to bond TPO. Others have failed within days. The CS person was able to find me the exact product that I needed. Which was not the one I was already looking at! Glad I called. Great service. Only downside was I couldn't then order it straight from this person. And the shipping was a bit pricey. Other than that, I'd absolutely come back.

  Tried to order product and ask questions since label was obscured in picture. Had email exchange with curt and rude replies. Eventually they cancelled the order claiming no stock. Weeks later the product is still listed for sale in spite of all of this. Will never order from here, huge waste of my time and patience.

  I haven’t received the product. Online it’s says shops in 1-2 days. Called a week after order and they said the product is arriving that day and will be shipped. Called again a week later (2 weeks now), and same response. Magically that day I get notification that the product is shipping the next day. Four days later, the product is still not received (freight tracking said it arrived in my town 3 days ago, but I still don’t have the scuppers). Delaying my roof install and it just rained last night, so this is terrible. I ordered the scuppers two weeks in advance and three weeks later, still nothing.

  The soft cell backer rod was just what I needed. It’s being encased with a fiberglass and epoxy sleeve as part of a structural frame. The only negative is that the material was shipped, coiled up in a relatively small box and was left with permanent creases. If ordering more, I would suggest you ship them flat to avoid this issue.

  I would give 5 stars except I wanted to order two of these, and they quoted double the shipping, which is ludicrous. You could have easily put two of these in the same box for the same shipping price (not heavy items).

  Hello William, Just to be clear so that I may see where we may have gone wrong here. When you say we quoted you double the shipping, are you referring to the shipping calculator? Or, after placing an order for 1 piece, did you contact us and we quoted the additional shipping?   I got that value when I used the shipping calculator, around $20 shipping for one item, nearly $50 shipping for two. Didn't bother ordering two of them because the cost. I guess I could have contacted you about it, but in the end, one was enough. Thanks

  The entire process with this company has been poor. Before I ordered the materials I called and spoke to a salesperson on Monday 10/7 regarding their qty’s on hand. He told me what they had and I said give me all of it. He said to order it online, so I did. I paid for 3 day shipping and their website claims to ship same day if the order is in by 1pm. It was around 9 am when I called. 3 days go by and still no tracking number emailed. I called 3 times only fit them to say they need to talk with someone else and call me back, never called back. Finally got an email Friday saying they don’t have the qty’s I ordered, would I accept a smaller amount. I immediately replied and said yes please send asap. They didn’t reply til Monday and said it would be shipped out. After questioning the 3 day shipping charges they basically took no responsibility for it and said they have no control over shipping times. It is now Friday 10/18 and still no shipment. I will not be buying from them in the future, buyer beware.

  I was sent an email that my order would be shipped about 2 months after I placed it. Then I received a survey and clicked on still have not received my order. After that, in a few days, I received another email saying my order had shipped. This order was something I didn't need immediately, just wanted it before freezing weather, so the delay in shipping was not a big issue. If you need something fast, I wouldn't order brom Best Materials.

  The web site is great to finding what you are looking for. The web site is not friendly after the order is placed. In fact, it became frustrating and confusing to keep getting messages about completing my order. when I went to do so, this was after I had already received a confirmation and thank you for my order. I had to anticipate that my order was not received and I had to reorder the same items. I also had to email customer service to make sure that the order was not duplicated and I would get twice what I ordered. I received my order which was well priced but the shipping was too expensive. Maybe I'm spoiled by so many experiences with free shipping.
