  I received my order timely. I ended up not needing the materials so I decided to return them. I found out there is a 30% "restocking fee" which is higher than most business. I also found out I was responsible for return shipping. The return address was less than 23 mikes from my home so I asked if I could hand deliver the returned items. I was told no, that the "factory" only accepts shipped returns. Funny how the "factory " address is actually a residence. Won't use these guys again.

  My products were received damaged. I contacted Best Materials via email and the response was lame. Not even a request for pictures. Product packaging needs to be addressed. The outside box wasn’t damaged so it wasn’t UPS.

  When I placed my order I was told delivery would occur in 7-10 business days. Once ordered I was told 3 weeks. This is highly unacceptable due to the fact this is for a construction project with a heavy deadline.

  They gave a good description but utilized a generic photo of the product. It is important as to which direction the louvers are oriented in relation to its rectangle dimensions. I wanted what was pictured not what was described .what do you believe what you see or what someone is describing. As they say a picture is worth a thousand words. Yes the fine print puts it differently. But why not the proper photo. Instead of a thousand words. Care enough to do it right the first time. I don't have the time or money to make it right for the customer.

  Great product, no-hassle service. I have gotten this excellent sealant from other suppliers in the past, always opting for the lowest price available (including shipping costs), and I have usually gotten older, gummier product that has been sitting on the shelf for a long time (no doubt). This time, it is "fresh" and easy to use, so I won't have to worry about using it within a few months... it will be good for a year or so. Perfect.

  This is my first time ordering from Best Materials and I did not have a great experience. Ordering and receiving the items was great but I wish you would offer free shipping for how much I spent on these vent boots. And then I realized I ordered the wrong size when I received them so I asked if I can exchange them for the smaller size but was told I could not do that. I can only return them but I would have to pay for the high shipping cost and on top of that, a 30% restocking fee. Definitely not worth buying from this site again due to the high cost.

  We purchased an extremely expensive item, A concrete repair product. This item required two parts however not only were we not aware of this until we received the The order, The additional product, A powdered harder, Is not available for purchase from best materials. They put this in perspective. It’s like trying to buy a suit and they just sent you the pair of pants. Needless to say, we are diligently trying to find the required product. Multiple phone calls to best materials Has not been effective and we are still waiting for return calls. Bottom line, extremely unhappy with the customer service and lack of attention we received.
