  Ordered the Rhino Epoxy once, waited for 1-1/2 weeks and was told shipping out today. Called 1 week later and was told out of stock so I cancelled the order. I waited another week and was told it’s been in stock and not sure why it didn’t ship. Reordered it and it finally arrived about 4 days later

  I have still not received my order after 2 1/2 weeks. I did finally receive an update though a few days ago saying that my order was now scheduled to ship out in about 2 weeks from now. I spoke to a rep at Best Materials last week and they tell me that they are never able to contact or get through to someone from the Sika company to get an update, as they are the ones who actually ship out this particular product in collaboration with Best Materials. So this is extremely poor service in 2 aspects. #1 is that the Sika company can never be gotten hold of. How can this be?? Do they only have 2 people working for the entire company or something??? #2 is the fact that Best Materials has always known for a long time that they can never get hold of someone from the Sika company. So it is very lax and poor responsibility on Best Materials part, that they do not do anything to resolve being able to have proper and timely communication with Sika, who are often sending out products from their warehouse that are purchased through Best Materials. Things need to change as this is unacceptable business practices.

  Best Materials jumped all over my credit card within 2 hours of the order. Some companies don't process the bill until they ship. Based on the time it took to ship, it appears that Best Materials then used my money to buy a scupper from a third party vendor, marked up the price, and finally shipped 8 or 9 days later. If it took 9 days to ship, you either didn't have a scupper in stock, or the order was so small it got pushed to the 'when ever you get a chance' list. The part is fine, but it was a long wait.

  They sent a damaged, dirty - possibly previously used or poorly stored - end gable vent despite stating that the extended shipping time was due to fabrication. I called to resolve issue with company but never heard back despite multiple attempts.

  So far a bit unimpressed. The items I ordered were marked as in stock when I placed the order. Two weeks later I receive an email saying they will ship in another 3 weeks. After contacting them I learn that the products are not even in their warehouse. This should be clearly marked on the website. The items should be fine when (if) they arrive, but I'm not thrilled at the lack of transparency on their website about what products are in stock. I was expecting the shipment to arrive within a week with UPS, not 6 weeks later.

  After talking with a gentleman on the phone about a part needed he suggested a replacement part with the measurements and it arrived and was to large. I contacted the company and they said the have no parts to fit my skylight and i had to pay $55 to return the product which was almost a 1/3 of the cost of the part. I am out over $70 in shipping both ways and have nothing to show for it. Website needs to have moire accurate measurements and train their employees and product information.

  Hi, I was very impressed with their customer service. I placed an order that arrived to me on time but was not packed correctly so the product arrived damaged & pretty much unusable. I took pictured, emailed them about the issue & sent the pictures. They reshipped the product to me this time packaged correctly & 2nd day aired it to me at no additional charge. I was super impressed with their concern & care. Customer service is lacking in so many businesses today, but not lacking with Best Materials!

  I called before placing my order online to see if item was in stock and was assured that (1) of the item was on the shelf and could be shipped immediately. Since I only needed (1) I went and placed my order right away. My credit card was charged so I figured I would be good to go. After waiting several days I received an email stating my item still had not shipped and would not ship for several days so I called and was told that the proper packing was not available to ship by Best Materials so I would have to wait even longer to get my order. The customer service rep was little to no help and seemed to be not surprised my order did not ship or cared until I escalated the situation and had her call me back with further information. Absolutely not happy with my experience with Best Materials.

  Never deal with this company. Made aistake on ordering and was to late to get it corrected on Friday so it shipped and then I had to pay a restocking fee of 30% to return something I had in my possession one day and never opened which cost me over $300. I did not reorder from them but found a better company with not only that ridiculous return policy but also the shipping is a scam. I have no commercial ups account but returned it for less than 50% of they charged to send it to me. Do Not do business with this company. Basically scam artist.
