  Took 12 days to receive my order. Not keeping it. The bangs stick straight out and are very spikey and fuzzy. Might be fine if I wanted to look like a punk rocker. But I don’t. No way could I wear this or even have a beautician fix it. The back was pretty. I just can’t wear it the way it is I’m the front.

  I have been a Beauty Trends customer since the 1980's, never been disappointed with any of my selections, they discontinued one wig, so I went to another, and I have received so many compliments, NO ONE knows that I am wearing a wig. I have strangers come up to me and say, "You have beautiful Hair." I thank them, and never say its a wig. I have sent many many customers your way, and they too are very pleased with the quality of the wigs.

  The hairpiece I always get is Pastel. It has deteriorated in quality over time. It was modeled after an Eva Gabor piece that I loved. You cannot compare it with a quality piece, it seems to have less and less hair each time I order it and the 18/22 colors are not consistent from one hairpiece to another. Altogether, I am very disappointed. I love the concept of the piece but the quality is not good.

  I absolutely love my BeautyTrends Wigs! They are stylish and flattering and are exactly like I hoped they would be, meaning they look like they do in the pictures. The ordering was oh so simple, nothing confusing, and the prices are unbelievable. Their wigs are just as nice as the high priced wigs I have bought so I wish I had found this site way before now as I would have saved myself a whole lot of money.   I was impressed with the quality and look of the wigs and hairpieces for the money. It was a nice selection. I kept half of the box for myself and another person and gave the other half to Goodwill because the wigs, while they will be nice for someone, were not my style. In ordering the mystery box, I was hoping half would be fine. There was a short wig that I was tempted to keep that was really cute, but I'd have to cut off too much of the length of my own hair to make it work.

  I was very happy to receive my order as always. The only thing that bothers me about Beauty Trends is about two months ago I purchased Heather in #33, however you got back the Sara's that I wanted and the color I now get is #27. After being a customer for over 25 years I wanted to return the Heather #33 and was told I couldn't return them after 10 days. They were never opened and I can't believe that returning them would hurt your inventory. I am a preferred customer and was very very disappointed.

  I have been a repeat customer for years and always otally pleased with my usual product. However, this last purchase really disappointed me. It was a new style for me. I decided to try it so I did not have to pay my hairdresser to shorten it, like I usually have to do with my normal purchase. The hair is so fly-away, fine, and thin, that even with wearing a headband, to hold it back, that was no help. Sigh.

  I ordered Perfect Life wig that I wore years ago, so I knew the style and cut The Perfect Life I just received was more like Aria, not layered and not the same style at all It had a rounded, short nape of neck To return this wig, I had to pay a restocking fee. Understand if I changed my mind, or it was MY fault I ordered the wrong wig, but that was not the case. The style and cut was not the same In addition, when I called to voice my concerns, asked if due to COVID, there was a 'pick up' option. Received an email telling me to go to the Post Office I'm a high risk, and have been having groceries delivered and don't go out It cost $6 to mail back plus, I took the risk at the height of the epidemic in our area. Paperwork says, "satisfaction is our priority." Really? A wig that was not as described, totally cut too short, paying $11 to return and having to leave the safety of my home to go to a Post Office and pay $6 is not CUSTOMER service that gets my 'satisfaction.'

  I ordered 2 wigs in a new color I’m wearing. I know I ordered the correct color but your customer service said I had ordered the wrong color. They also said my order was for a wiglet. I feel you should have sent me a pre-paid label so I did not have to pay for postage. I was very dissatisfied about this experience.

  I bought a Gabor wig. That brand of wig is good quality. The prices od beauty trend wigs are a bit steep compared to other wig vendors of similar quality. Beauty Trend should offer free shipping over $100.

  I received my wig very quickly but it was much too small for me. The return instructions are very clear but I always hate to pay a 20% restocking fee as well as the shipping costs to return. This was $25.00 for no benefit to myself. That is the worst part of having to shop online for wigs. I end up wasting about $200.00 a year ordering and returning (not just from Beautytrends) and most of the time, it is the company's failure to deliver a quality wig. Many times it is the construction of the wig that is the problem. I have ordered 10 wigs of the same brand and style and only the first one was just what I wanted. I would love to be able to order a wig that I love and have it come in being the same quality and style as I had ordered previously.

  I have used Beauty Trends since I was 40. I had thyroid cancer and my own hair was almost non existent. I finally decided to try a wig! I receive compliments regularly. I feel so much better about myself. I rate Beauty Trends top notch!

  I have been looking for this kind of hairpiece for a long time. The quality is good and I can mix my own hair with it so the color looks more natural. I bought 2 more!

  I was disappointed with the color of one of the wigs I received. It looked red-blonde on the web page but is actually a rather dull brownish color. Because I live in a senior community and we are not allowed to leave campus, There is no way for me to return it within the 10-day window. Therefore, I am stuck with it. Probably won't be ordering more from Beautytrends.

  Love the hair piece.....it’s easy to attach, style covers beautiful and it looks so natural. I’ve gotten so many compliments...and when I admit it’s a hair piece, (which I dont usually do) the compliments include “they would never have guessed!”

  I have been a cutomer for may years.....The last Layer-On hair piece was horrible. Very thin & cheap looking......different from other pieces in the past.... Your quality has suffered greatly.........Will never buy from you again!!!!!

  I ordered at regular price and the very next morning I get an email offering 30% off on any order. I called immediately to customer service asking if they could apply the promotion discount that I just placed less than 24 hours ago and he said no. Not to mention I'm a long time customer. Very disappointed!
