  The site is easy to navigate, ordering on line is a breeze, returns are simple. Very happy with my experience. I wish the company or someone would do some wig reviews on youtube on the BT brands to make choosing a style easier. The BT brands are comparable to any of the name brand wigs that sell for much more. I am very happy with the wig I ordered.

  This is my go-to hair piece. I actually use a silver sharpie to add grey streaks to it and it matches perfectly. It is light on my head and attaches with only 2 or 3 long bobby pins over my own small pony tail, which I divide into 2 pin curls. I have three of them...always like to plan ahead. People are surprised when I tell them it is a piece. Thank you!!!

  I didn't have a problem getting around on your site. The topper is a thin style. That is what I needed. When they say about the hair melting, remember to stay back from the oven.

  The color of the hairpiece (when you receive it) is a different color than that showed in the catalog or online. Customer Service told me "it's the light" !!! Also, the length of the ponytail was much shorter than shown online and in the catalog (no excuse from Customer Service). Actual product differs from that advertised.

  Sorry Beauty Trends, Both wigs I received had to be sent back. The one named Madrid had WAY TOO MUCH hair on it. Enough for two wigs! Women don't want to have to take their wigs to a stylist before it can be worn. The other wig named Kaitlyn was a JOKE, the hair was LIKE WIRE!! There is no way this should have been sold in this condition.

  I love the Wig Clips by Revlon (they are great if you need a quick do and don't have time to do your own hair) but lately they start separating from the combs they are attached to after wearing only a few times and show through...so not happy they cost nearly $40 and don't hold up very long for the money! Sorry Beauty Trends but you asked.....

  The service was good and I like everything about the Beauty Trends Ultimate wig other than the size, which is too small to be labeled as average and I can just barely get it on my head. The color #51 is perfect for me - just a shade deeper grey than my present color #44. I'm very pleased with it except for the size.

  Wigs are a product that you read about, hearing that there are numerous scam companies that show a beautiful picture and deliver a product that greatly resembles a skunk's pelt. When I checked Beauty Trends out I found very good reviews and decided to give them a try. I have decided to grow my hair out from a very short pixie to long hair past shoulder length, a 2 year project at least. My husband really wants this and coaxed me into it. I finally agreed but told him "you're paying for the wigs during the grow out". Oh, by the way, I'm at an age where women are told they shouldn't have long hair (we won't state the exact age but I'm blessed with family genetics where I look significantly younger than my age) but that is just not true. I saw a photo of a woman in her late 60's to mid 70's. Her hair was extremely long, down almost to her waist, with a simple French braid. Her clothing and fashion was simple and worked well with the long hair. Now unfortunately every woman is not blessed with the ability to have long, thick hair but there is a great solution. WIGS! All women may not want super long hair but they might desire a soft bob to the shoulders, a cute chin length cut or whatever their imagination strikes. For myself, my purchase was of 2 relatively long (past shoulder length) wigs with soft bangs. I got them, looked at them and was delighted with the quality, color, texture and feel of the hair. I tried them on with a wig cap and my husband gave them 2 thumbs up. He's delighted with the way I look in long wigs and doesn't mind paying the bill. I am going to look at more Beauty Trend wigs and see if there are any a little bit shorter that I might enjoy for a casual look. As far as I'm concerned this is a fine company with a quality product that I would recommend.

  I am wearing the "Spiky" Redy Clip Hairpiece I bought, actually today but find it a bit on the "thin side" as you can clearly see the comb through the hairs so wish it was a little fuller and looked a little less like a wig/ hairpiece. The color matches my own hair perfectly on the positive side and love that it matches and is great when you don't feel messing with your own hair!

  No problem with navigation. This purchase was a final sale. The color is perfect. The wig, however is different from what was shown. Much shorter than it appeared and the styling is a bit different on each side making it look odd on the head. One side is quite straight, while the other side is wavy

  The hairpiece didn't look anything like the picture on the site, instead of being curly, it was stringy and looks like something you'd see on a doll. Opened it, took one look at it and put it right back in the box and shipped it back. didn't even try it on.

  I love this hairpiece and have been wearing this style for years. It looks just like my natural hair used to--when I had more hair. Its wavy texture matches mine perfectly. My criticism is still the same: this is a big hair piece and hair combs will not hold it in place at all. It should come with clips. So each and every time I have to cut the combs off and sew on my own clips. It is annoying. Fix this issue please. I've been asking for years.

  As is always the case (I’ve been buying from Beauty Trends for decades), the process was seamless, and the product was very pretty and economically more than fair.   I like the style; few allow you to pull your own hair through - - I like that; your head can breath. However the color was not as expected from the picture. The color was too white/light and shinny. My hair is gray/silver; I thought the color would have more gray in it.

  I have been buying one type of hairpiece for years and now they came with straight hair and they were wavey or curly . i'm so up set about the te are hair piece 5866. I also brought amnother hair piece in January and I haven't got it yet
