  The color that I’ve always purchased has been out of stock for months. I purchased what looked like a close match, but it’s too light. I specifically bought during the 30% Off Memorial Day sale. I contacted customer service to request that the 30% Off be applied to the purchase of a different color and to request return shipping of the wrong color, but the customer service representatives I spoke with all said they would have to refer me to another representative that would call me back. Three requests for a call back have been ignored. This is over the last two and a half weeks. No BT representative called me back to resolve the issues. Three times I requested a call back, but all three requests have been ignored. I purchased another color without the 30% Off and will be returning the wrong color at my own expense. BT’s customer service is close to non-existent.

  I purchased this wig to wear under my bicycle helmet because I didn't want to wear one of my more expensive wigs and get them sweaty. However, this wig really surprised me how natural it looks. So, I've worn it besides under the helmet and now I hate getting this wig sweaty. Guess I'll have to purchase another wig??

  It took a long time to recieve the hairpieces. And as I had ordered all three in the same color, because they showed as platinum which is what I wanted, I had to send all three back, because the color was a much darker blond. The hair pieces themselves are beautiful, if only they had them in the color I need. I am going to try ordering a wig instead, and hopefully can get the color I need.

  I’m very disappointed in that the topper that was shown in the picture and the actual one that I received was totally different. And…The enclosed booklet had no info about my particular hairpiece. This was my first time ordering or using a topper so I was unsure of how to use it. It had huge spaces between the mesh which seemed wierd. So, I called to return it, on two different occasions. I explained that I didn’t think I should pay the shipping since they didn’t send what was depicted in their promos. I was told that I would hear back from them but have not. Your rules state that you have to get the return within 10days of my receipt so time is of essence here. I am not pleased with any aspect of this purchase.

  I received the wig and it looks like it was used. All the ends were frayed and not smooth as if someone brushed it improperly. The wig also carried a bad scent as if it was stored in a cellar or Damp place. I am returning the wig. Am disappointed as I ve used Beauty trends for 20 years

  I like the Spikey Hairpiece I purchased however I normally order Color 263R and had to order a different blond color and the hairpiece did not match my color exactly and the hair was very thin around the top of the clip area so you could visably see the clip. I had waited over two years for a blond color of this style to replace my older wig so at least happy I got one.

  I like the products very well but I am upset over the Customer Service Rep telling me she did not know if a sell ((percentage off) was coming up. I recieved my order and then found out that very day there was a 35% off of a purchase for $99.00 starting. I dont like being done that way. I want 35% off of my order placed on 12/16/22 to be returned to me.

  I have been buying BT wigs for years. Good site, reasonable price and prompt delivery. Some months ago, I submitted an unfavorable review because the Lady Madrid style I have been getting for years was getting smaller and was uncomfortable. I also noted that the workmanship was not a good- uneven stitching in the cap, etc. Well, someone must have been paying attention because the two Lady Madrid wigs I just received were larger, more comfortable, and like the ones I have been enjoying for years. Great Job! I am once again a satisfied customer.

  The deliver time is great. The 2 hair pieces I always purchased has not been in stock in my color for over a year. EasyClip2 Long Fringe and EasyClip2 Radiant. The color I always got was 223H. So I ordered 2 different styles in the 223H. However the color is not the same even though the number of the color is the same 223H. They do not match my hair like my original pieces I have ordered for years. So, I give up. I'm looking elsewhere.

  I have been purchasing several Madrid wigs per year for decades and they keep getting smaller and smaller! This year I started purchasing Lady Madrid's hoping that they would be more comfortable and they still are so tight I have to cut them to make them comfortable.. The quality of the wig cap itself has gradually become more shoddy over the years with uneven stitching and tabs that don't fit. I just purchased 3 but as much as I like the style and color of the Madrid I'm afraid I am going to look elsewhere for a suitable product.

  Nice selection of wigs, but the returns are very not customer friendly. You need to fill out the enclosed invoice by hand, and buy postage on your own to ship it back. And it has to be before 10 days. Nobody has such old fashioned service.

  I have absolutely no problems with Beauty Trends. With that being said, two of the last three Perfect Angel wigs I have gotten have been sub-standard in quality. The stitching on the bangs was terrible. There were hardened globs of glue left directly in the front part of the wig. I tried to remove the glue that was the worst on the first one, but it left a large gap in the front and the stitching let loose all along the cap of the bangs thus eliminating the first row of bangs. So now, all along the front of the wig, there is no hair--just bare band. For years I bought the wig Robin and loved it. Beauty Trends discontinued it and said Perfect Angel was the same and a good substitution for the Robin. It's not. It is much thinner, poor stitch/glue quality and definitely not comparable to the Robin. Don't waste your money. A one out of three chance of getting a decent wig simply is not worth it. Needless to say, I am looking for another vendor with a comparable wig to the Robin.

  This is a great piece! I prefer the Tianas simply because of length, but BT has been out of stock with the Tianas for so long that I decided to try the Adriana. It's a fun cut -- a little less glamorous but distinctively sassy. The color is fabulous. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of BT's hair boosters!
