  I received my order from the end of Nov. in April. This order was way overdue. I had been in contact with Beauty Trends almost monthly to check on my order. BT did refund my shipping charges!   I would rate as excellent navigating the Beauty Trends site. The promptness of shipping is also excellent. I am dismayed, however, with the rising costs of your wigs (I have been buying the same style wig for YEARS!) and the "stinginess" of your sales. Free shipping has a high purchase threshold to achieve, and you do not allow stacking of discounts with free shipping.

  I think paying almost $50,including shipping is a bit much for a small hairpiece. I have ordered the same style for years and I always received two for this price, now it is only one. Also, my favorite one is on back order for 2 months or more. So I ordered another one in a similar color and there is no way it will blend. I had to pay to ship it back. If Paula Young or another source had the same item I would surely be buying there.

  The styles are somewhat as pictured but the favor used in the wigs is very fine. I'm not sure how it will hold up in the summer heat. The last time I purchased a wig from beauty trends it frazzled underneath by my neck just from my body heat. We'll see how these wigs do.

I ordered True Love #33 back in September of 2018 and was told they were coming in October, then November, then December, then January 2019 and then February.   I have bought many zinnia wigs, the last zinnia was different from the other zinnias, the bangs curled under, they were not wispy like the others, also the sides were different , not as much hair , flatter. I do hope you will correct this, as I have always liked this wig.

  i have bought at least 6 over the years. I find that they box them now so the front of piece is folded backwards and it takes for ever to correct it and i find there is less hair on them lately.We need more hair on top to cover our scalp.

  Somehow the color I selected when I ordered online was replaced with a color at opposite end of spectrum (black) and it was also a backorder. I now need to return same as I ordered 101/48T.   I have used Beauty Trends for 25 years plus. And when you wear a wig everyday and you call to reorder and they say the back order is three months. That is horrible customer service. The leas they could do would be to contact you and say we are low on your stock would you like to order now to avoid back order. Especially when it's not wholesale and it's and individual that has done business with you for so lone.

  Good website. I have ordered Pastel hairpiece years ago and loved it. The one they sent me this time was very puny compared to the older ones. I returned the 2 wigs I received for an exchange. The short wigs were just too short for me. They look a lot longer in the pictures. Waiting to receive my exchanges now.

  My wig arrived Dec 10, but the color was too light. Loved the wig and fit so well. I sent it back the same day. Ordered another wig today in a darker color. Selecting colors on line can be challenging. I love all the wigs I have ordered from BT.

  Order arrived promptly, but I am very, very disappointed. I’ve ordered the same style for years. The last two wigs are nothing like the previous ones. The fiber is totally different, as is the cut, which is shorter and choppier. The wigs look fake and because I tried to lightly brush them into the shape I like, I cannot return them. Money wasted by a long time customer who has also recommended you to many others. I gave you three stars but wish I’d given you just one. This senior citizen won’t buy from or recommend you again.

  I ordered 2 of the same wig on separate orders. Correctly the staff asked if it was in error. I was on computer at the time it was questioned and answerd imeadiatly. Meanwhile one of them was canceled and I was credited the fee. Right away I corrected that and your staff responded that the one was reorderd. I had not received either order after about 2weeks. I called and The next day, one arrived, still have not seen second order. I have shopped with you for years and this is the only time to have a consern. Please research and verify charges.   Original order was not received and I needed to follow up and then the wrong items were sent for replacement: I originally ordered – (2) 5802 EC2 Long Fringe but received with the replacement (2) 5830 EasyClip2 Radiant. Normally they have been great but this handling was terrible since the wedding was on Saturday and the delivery came on Saturday and was wrong

  Returning order immediately for the following reasons. 1) When ordered it did not say anything was back ordered and would ship out. It did not ship out and when I called to cancel they said after 3 weeks waiting they said that my order was shipped out already. Upon receiving the order the color of the wig did not match to their color chart and sample I had received from them.

  This is on a previous order. The order I had before this one they never asked for a review on. I'm sure because I was very dissatisfied. I had returned the wig but it was 2 days past the 10 day return and they would not accept it or give me a refund. As a person who has cancer, I don't always have good days. I got to the Post Office as soon as I could but it was a couple days late. Customer Service did not care and refused my refund request. You'd think there would be a little more compassion for people with an illness that needs a wig. Ten days is not a very long time and the wigs are not cheap.

  Your color chart is awful. The color I ordered is not what I got according to color chart. I wanted a two tone...blonde /brown. Or darkblo dr streaks.. I want to exchange but no one got back to me when I ask about another color..bad customer service..when I finally get the right color...I may not reorder simply because of your non caring attitude

  The order was received in a decent time. However, color was no where close to what I thought I was ordering. I have sent the one I ordered back and requested a refund...and also a refund for the one they back ordered. A free color wheel should be offered instead of having to purchase one so consumers will know what they actually will be receiving.
