  I usually order the Robin wig. I've tried various shades of brown and love them all. This is a very attractive style for which I get many compliments. No one seems to know it's a wig, not even beauticians!

  I usually order on line, but needed assistance as to color differences because what I was interested was from a different manufacturer. I wanted to be sure of the shade of the color. The girl was very helpful and after some trouble finding the information I needed was able to get my question answered. So the service was good. She didn't know about how to go about returns/exchange. That is not a problem to me, I can find out. The problem I am having is I haven't received my order as yet. Today is July 19 and my order was placed on July 7th. I am annoyed by that as the shipping charges, $10 I think are outrageous and I still don't have my order. Usually my order is here sooner. thank you

  I have been doing business with this company, Beauty Trends, for years. The service is excellent and the merchandise always arrives in a timely fashion. They have a wide selection of just about any quality hair item (wigs, hairpieces, etc) I can think of and the colors are great as well. I would recommend them highly.

  The online experience was excellant. I received my purchase in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, I am returning the item for exchange. I didn't like the color. It would be nice if you could still get color swatches. Or 8f the cost of the colir ring could be applied to any purchase made. So if the exchange goes well, All be be considered excellant.

  I have several toppers and the one I got from beauty trends is not made correctly. The clip in the very front is visible. There is no way to comb the hair to cover it. I emailed them and they said I could return it but I have to pay the shipping. Since it is a problem with their product I don't think I should have to pay to send it back. I will not be ordering from them again.

  I think the communication is not very good. This is the second time items were backordered. The date they suggested the order would be in came and went without anyone contacting me about a new date. The items arrived months after purchase without apology or a coupon or anything. I think that this is poor customer service. I again contacted customer service and the response was cancel it if you want to.

  It took four months to receive my full order. I wasn't happy that it took soooooooo long. the other part of the order came quickly but they were not what this hairpiece was years in the past. it was very thin and not wavy or curly what it use to be no. 5866.   Because I won’t give my credit card number on email, I called my order in and the representative was very patient with me as I had trouble hearing and I appreciated her help.   I ordered 2 out of stock wigs in January and was told I would not get them until end of February. I finally got them at the end of April. I was refunded the shipping costs at one phone call but right now I have a invoice that says I owe that charge. Sigh. I am sure it will. E straighten out as I have been dealing with BT for many years.
