  I paid $9.65 for shipping when I ordered on 09/20/2019 and it didn't arrive until 10/04/2019? Crazy expensive (and slow) for a $12.20 order. Color is shinier than brown #12 normally is but restocking fee means I'll be tossing it rather than going through the bother of returning for refund.

  I have been using their products for years and have always had a good experience. Ordering is a breeze and shipping is quick. With 24/7 wearing, I find the products comfortable. Over the years the wearing time has changed from about 6 months to around 3 months. That is with routine washings and rotating wear from daily, work and sleeping. Thank you for helping me to feel more comfortable dealing with hair loss. Don't know where I would be without Beauty Trends help.

  I purchased two Beauty Trends wigs and one is beautiful. The other wig has very little hair. This has happened before. One good --the other, not so good, same style. I like the hair fiber and their shipping is the best. Just wish I could get two of the same wig, the same.

  I love the wig style Katlyn. I have tried so many wigs but always come back to Kaitlyn. It looks really natural on me. The problem I have is when I receive the wig, it is so stiff it is like it has been glued. I have to let it soak in water and cleaner for several hours to get all the whatever it is out of it. Other wigs I have purchased I can wear right out of the box. Am I the only one having this problem or are you just singling me out?

  Almost everything was great--ordering, paying, delivery. The thing that disappointed me even through the wig said Wendy, it was styled differently than what is shown in the photo. The online photo had spiky bang the hang straight down. The bangs actually on the wig swoop to the side and are the same length. Not close to spike. The bangs are the reason I bought it in the first place. So I wasted my money.

  The whole experience was positive except for the answers regarding the color ring. could not find out how to get a few free samples like the website states. had to buy the whole ring, return for refund minus postage. still had to return wig for a lighter color because samples looked lighter than they are.

  After waiting 5 months for the color that I wanted, not knowing if it was discontinued but continuously out of stock, I was told that 223R was an ultra light blonde. So I decided to try it. It was sent to me in a timely fashion but the size and color were so far off. I sent it back, asking for a refund. I use to order everything from Beautytrends because they had ultra light blonde color. Their blondes have gotten darker. I will have to take my business else where. I have been ultra light blonde since the day I was born and always had compliments on my hair and its color. Beautytrends had a ultra light blonde color that was very close to my color but they must have discontinued it. Nothing lasts forever. Well I tried your color and it it doesn't work for me and neither does the size, my head size is petite. You should be receiving your product back in three days. Thank you. Billy Jo

  I have been a long-time customer. The quality is consistent, the prices are reasonable, and shipping is fast. I have never had a problem with the company or any of the many wigs I have purchased. My only complaint is technological; they keep resetting my account so that they have no record of the dozens of wigs I have purchased, which is an annoyance if I want to re-order the same style and color.

  I have been using this company since they started, until recently I've been happy. I really like the wig, but the quality has gone down some. And the customer service is terrible. I called to place an order, the guy gave me a deal and had it ordered. They came back and said he put in the wrong price so they cancelled my order. I was desperate for one and they did nothing to help. I was told it would be reordered and it would be shipped, never happened. Ordered from another company.
