  I have been buying wigs and accessories from Beauty Trends for +/- 30 years! However, for the last 5-6 months I have had the worst experience ever with a company. No one ever answers the phone anymore and I cant get an answer to email. I have been trying to find out the availability of a product that I have been buying for at least 15 years, and I can’t get an answer from anyone or even get to talk to anyone! The only product I have been able to buy are a few accessories which I buy online. Every hairpiece I try to buy online is on back order! And they tell you online to call and get a date as to when this product will be available, however, again they won’t answer the phone! Totally disgusted!!!

  Wore wig this morning, Got a number of compliments. However, is not very comfortable. Adjusted to loosest fit but had to take it off after a few hours because head near hairline above brows was becoming very sore. If adjusted a little tighter, pain across back of head above neck. Never had this experience before with Paula Young wigs.

  The wig I ordered took a longtime to arrive and when it did it was the worst wig I ever saw-(had ordered many wigs years ago from this site) The color, the style and the fit looked like it was part of a circus clowns wardrobe. Very fake - way too large with curls that looked laughable. Wig was sent back. all tags intact,last week for refund.Will never ever purchase a wig from them again.

  This is the second time I ordered my hairpiece. I absolutely love the first one and people ask me all the time "who does my hair". This second order is the same except the color is off about 2 shades too light. I will wear it in the summer for a bleached look.

  Delivery was quick and satisfactory, however the product is of very low quality, the beautician wouldn't even work with it as there was no way to sit it in place that allowed for reasonable placement of the hair, There was also gaps in the mesh that could not be covered up and was visible.

  After I put in an order I received an email that only 1 of 4 pieces were in stock and they would refund me for 3 pieces. I emailed right back and said to wait until they were restocked because I had received 25% off and would have to pay shipping for one piece and then 3 pieces at a later date. I received no response and they shipped 1 piece at full price plus shipping. I’m very upset with their customer service and this order.

  Ordered And paid for jasmine since June and agreed to wait for as it is in “back order” BUT THIS MANY MONTHS later it’s still not available! Also have tried ordering other pieces BUT they too are in back order! Why advertise them if you DON’T have them????   My order came in just a couple of days. I was very happy to be able to get a few color samples before ordering. That helped get a good color match. Nice product. One thing that was a bit disappointing is that there are no instructions. A video online would be extremely helpful for a beginner. Also in the package, there were no instructions on how to wear or take care of.

  i had a frustrating time just contacting you. Phone rings and rings and no answer for a couple of days. I really llike Stardust, the integration piece or I would have given up. I made a mistake and ordered the express shipment. my email about it was answered very tersely. No niceties here. And no way to personally speak to anyone.   Order wasn’t received until 2 days after. And when I emailed about this I received a rude email, to take in account that Monday was a federal holiday. I’m a veteran and I know that it is. It wasn’t suppose to be received until Tuesday so that is why I was upset, then Wednesday then Thursday.

  Beautiful, very natural wigs. I get so many compliments. Bought two of the same style several years ago. Have worn them so much that I'm moving them to my secondary choices and just purchased two more of the same style for primary use. Glad you still had the same style. My hair is thin, love the volume of the wigs. Fast delivery, great service.

  I ordered Amelia #234h for years and then when ordering it has become out of stock with a wait time of several months. I started ordering Amelia #263R for a couple of months and they are now out of stock. It seems Beauty Trends would have and inventory alert when stock becomes low. Very disappointed

  It took almost a month to even receive my order. Then it was not the color I wanted but I was so desperate for a new one because of a wedding I was forced to accept my order. VERY frustrated at this.point! Just being honest.

  My last order was delayed over a week for no apparent reason. Also the two other favorite wigs I used to purchase have been back ordered in my color for close to a year. I have no idea how to complain about this. This people who answer the 800# have no way to make a difference.
