  I placed an order for two wigs for my wife on March 27, 2020. I had to keep calling Beauty Trends to check on the order. One wig was on back order and it took several calls for us to finally receive it, after about 40 days. The other wig we received earlier, but shipping was fumbled there, too. They need to correct their shipping and communication with their customers.

  I ordered right before getting an Email saying there was 30% off deal, but I was charged full price. I sent a message asking for the discount to be refunded. I got no response, but the day before my order arrived, I got another discount offer for Mother’s Day, I paid over 💲20 more than I should have, so I won’t be ordering again.

  This is a review only on the hairpiece "Spikey" claw clip. I used to absolutely love love love this hairpiece. I probably have bought 25 of these hairpieces. In the last couple of years the making of this hairpiece has totally changed. The hair used to be very full and never went flat. Now the clip is not even covered up. I have tried to make this clip in look good but the hair pieces come off the clip and then the hairpiece is impossible to fix to make it wearable again. I have tried and tried to find out from Beautytrends and Redi-Hair how to put this hair strips back on the clip but received no communication back. This is too bad because this used to be the "PERFECT" claw clip hairpiece. I would pay double the price of this piece to get the claw clip made the way they used to be.

  I am so in love with this new wig by Noriko, with ginger highlights. It's my second wig, the first was actually a topper. I have super thin hair.   This is the product I have bought for years and for some reason it simply wasn't available in my color for over a year.. That was a big disappointment but I realize perhaps since their maiden another country that trade agreements and so on might have interfered . As far as the product goes itself, an A×. Airelite Allows you to feel there's nothing on your head, It's impossible to tell from the real thing.!

  The topper I ordered is cute and easy to use with the attached spring clip. It is my first so I didn’t know how it would be as the ones I’ve tried on the elastic just slide out. I wish it fit closer to the scalp but the clip makes it protrude slightly more than I would like. I have received many compliments.
