  Many years ago I bought wigs and clip on hairpieces from Beauty Trends and I loved them all and the colors were great! I recently bought a long blonde wig, "Destiny 263R". While it didn't take that long for me to receive it the color is ugly and way to shiny so it looks fake! The style is fine and I like that. So now I have to return it and that is a real pain especially with the Covid-19 going on

  I ordered a piece to help me create an elegant updo for my daughter’s wedding. The style was so cute I couldn’t wait to receive. Unfortunately when I got it and opened the box and removed the hairnet I realized that the hair or material use to create the style was terrible. The texture of the “ hair” was not smooth and straight but was coarse and super wiry, kinky- like. It looked so fake. So I’m returning it and I’m disappointed that this company will take a 20% “restocking” fee despite poor quality. Will not order anything else from them.

  Beauty Trends is always courteous and very quick to send out my order. The only complaint I have is they are running out of my hair pieces and the color. Not sure if they have anything to do with this or not but I would love more Revlon StarDust hair pieces in the color of R12.

  My order, which I placed last year, was on back order. When the items were finally available, after speaking with an agent and finalizing the details, I received my order in just a few days. The agent was very pleasant and helpful. All in all, I had a good outcome. I am pleased with the wigs. All's well that ends well!

  I had no problem using the site, and the two items I ordered were delivered speedily. I was disappointed, however, in what I received. One wig, which I wasn't allowed to return, looked nothing like what was pictured and the other item, which I returned, was very nice but didn't fit well. If the items had worked out, it would have been a very good deal price wise.

  The site itself is easy to maneuver around, I have no problems with it, or the wigs I've been purchasing for hears! The problem is customer service is horrible. I ask questions and don't get a decent response, and try to call them, never get anyone that answers the phone. Very disappointed with the way they run their business.

  I ordered Ariel 3/4 wig......nothing like pictured on website as far as length,....sooo disappointed. Called ....could not leave a message on their end....emailed 2x no response....shipped back. Terrible RIP off. I have to pay to ship back an item...20% restocking fee too for item not at all as pictured. Really bad and bad service. BUYER BEWARE!! Want my 20% restocking fee rescinded and postage I had to pay due to false advertising as shown on Ariel pic on website!!!!   I am very disappointed that after 25 years of purchasing wigs from you your selection keeps going down. For instance the Wig Sara. I am told it will not be ordered any more but I don't understand why. When a Wig is the selection of our choice and then all of sudden it becomes unavailable, do you have any idea what kind of impact it has on people. I am so disappointed that being a preferred customer doesn't seem so great an;ymore.

  I have ordered three wigs. Two were canceled and the one I got is not as pictured. The color is different and below my expectations. I am waiting for another one I have ordered. I will make up my mind regarding this site when I will receive the last order if would be available. I hate when the items displayed are available for purchase and right after ordering they cancel it. It means the company is aware the item is not in stock but they need your money for whatever purpose. I am disappointed.

  I ordered products as recently as 15 years ago. I see the quality has suffered. The hairpiece was not the correct color at all and the thinness of the amount of synthetic hair in the fall was no better than what i have on my head! I was quite disappointed.

I have worn hair pieces for many years and have paid lots of money for them BUT Beauty Trends are the best ever! In I have always paid high money for human hair but in 1999 my husband surprised me and bought some for me from Beauty trends and i loved them so much this is all i have bought since then. They are The highest quality of hair and they wash so great. They are shipped so fast and are here within two or three days. The Annabella and Jasmine are my favorite. I will continue buying Beauty Trends forever!.

  Your customer service was excellent. I found what I ordered was unsatisfactory because the volume was too much for my current needs. I would appreciate receiving a current catalogue (which I ordered sometime ago but as of yet have not received) perhaps due to the current virus. I really would like some info. regarding wigs and\or hairpieces containing less volume.

  After reading the instructions for care, I was concerned that no heat is to be use to style the hair piece. I have had several human hair toppers and have always used a low heat to blow the dry and a curling brush to style them. However, after misting and fluffing with my fingers I was able to get a satisfactory style. Overall, I am pleased with the hair piece.

  The order was received as ordered. However, the shipping options were limited and to pay nine to ten dollars shipping on an item that weighed next to nothing is not acceptable.   For about a year the week which I order every month was not available, Most likely because of the difficulty with China. I suggested that since this particular model is so popular that it be ordered in larger quantities. This was important to me as I was in a fire,... Beauty trams came through and now there are plenty available!. For a realistic look I highly recommend the "Featherlite" selections, Which are all but indistinguishable from real hair.

  The Estelle wig is nice. I have been wearing it for years. But I wish that the front was shorter. I have a small face. So I put the wig on, put small rollers in the front. Then I remove each roller.one at a time, cut a little hair off and put each one back on and squirt water on them. Then I let it sit for a day or so. Like I said I wish there was shorter hair on the front and top. Some times the wig is made too tight. Some times the hair is not distributed right. Sometimes. It is ok. This time I got lucky. But those are my tips.

  I have been wearing your Kaleidoscope for many years now......have tried more expensive wigs but threw them away because they were so bad.....I still wish that you would make your wigs thicker, however, like the first ones I received......other than that, I will continue ordering from you........Thanks...!!!!

  I have ordered from BeautyTrends several times. Sometimes very happy and sometimes very disappointed. I am about to return my most recent delivery because it was difficult to see on the model how much of the wig piece covers your head. For me much too little.
