    I was very satisfied with my purchase. I received pages of instructions on what to do when my package arrived.. Take photos, open while delivery people are still there, note any problems on shipping slip, and then it was left while we weren’t home!     My James Martin Vanities are beautiful. A couple of glitches along the way, but Brian and Julie are the best. They are conscientious, fair, kind and knowledgeable and took care of everything.     Easy to order and prompt delivery. No obvious external damage on arrival, and the cabinets were left in the original packing for protection while awaiting the contractor hired to install the cabinets. When they were unpacked, four glass shelves were found to be damaged. I emailed Vanity Experts last week and got a reply informing me that replacement would be at my expense because I did not report the damage within 24 hours. They said they would get a price from the mfg'er, but I have heard nothing more from them.

    We have contacted Fresca, the manufacturer to see if they have the spare parts and if they would make an exception to their rule for reporting damage or defects (sometimes they will go as long as 7 days or even 30 days) but it’s been since mid May. We will let you know as soon as they get back to us! Getting spare parts has been more difficult than usual with port delays from Vietnam too. This is why we say to assume anything you order online could be defective or damaged and open and inspect it immediately.

    Bryan was extremely professional and helpful when taking our order for a 60" James Martin Brookfield vanity and matching mirror in cherry. While it is always somewhat risky buying based on pictures over the Internet, my wife and I couldn't be happier. Both items were very well packed for transport and arrived in perfect condition. The driver even help to carry into the house. Top quality and highest recommendation.

    I paid for this vanity and matching mirror, then received a delivery agreement to sign (which I did). I was told the delivery would be at the end of this week (today or tomorrow) and that I would receive additional information about the date and time so I could be sure to be present. I have heard nothing more. When I tried to track the shipment, the tracking number provided by this company was not recognized by the shipper. I tried to call the seller (who advertises 24/7 telephone accessibility) but was immediately put through to voice mail and have thus far had no response to my message. I expected better communications (including a correct tracking number) - and hope these issues can be resolved quickly. Right now, with minimal contact since they received payment and no one available on the 24/7 telephone line, it seems that this is just a scam to get my $$$.

    Hello. We received your Southeastern Freight Lines tracking # and it showed movement on it. Now for some reason, it is not showing in their system. I can assure you that this is not a scam and we are working with James Martin and the carrier to find out where the freight is and ship you a replacement asap if your shipment is lost.     The representative we worked with, Bryan, was phenomenal. He worked really hard to help us through a rather trying experience. Our bath renovation was all set up and ready to start when our vanity order was cancelled twice; two successive orders on different sites fell through because of stocking issues. Bryan made sure this vanity was in stock and got to us on time. However it was damaged upon receipt. Put in an order for a replacement the day after our two-week renovation started. We received the second vanity the day before our renovation was supposed to end. That was apparently as fast as they could get it to us. However, that one was worse than the first one and completely unuseable. They sent us a touch up kit to help fix the first one we had to use and gave us a $500 credit for the vanity. They were very helpful but we had 2 main issues that lowered the star rating: 1. Their shipping process clearly has issues and is extremely slow. 2. While the credit was a nice gesture, it still was not great paying $1300 for a broken vanity. 3. The touch up kit is very small and *might* be suffiecient to fix one of the two damaged front corners. It also took a full month to arrive after the second vanity got here. So we now have to attempt to touch up the vanity on a section touching the wall and counter top without damaging or marking anything.

    We finally got the two vanities installed. We ordered the vanity, white quartz top with sink and mirror. They are absolutely beautiful and furniture quality. We did have breakage on one of the tops from delivery and the replacement came within days. The customer service provided by bathvanityexperts was excellent. They were responsive and helpful. If we are ever in the market to replace another vanity, we definitely return to bathvanityexperts.

The only thing I would mention is that we have a long driveway and the delivery was to the end of driveway at the street. If a customer does not have a way to move a vanity from the street, and it's raining or snowing, this will be a definite issue.

The logistic industry in many parts of the country is still difficult but we are doing our best to work with carriers who are as fast and careful with the items as possible. Our free delivery service with the large discounts we give is generally curbside but at the drivers discretion they may attempt to drive down long driveways (if they are sure they will not get stuck, damage a driveway, their truck etc. We consider anything other than a 5 star review a failure on our part and we want to do what we can to make as many customers happy as possible. If you send us us in some photos of your completed bathroom, we will send you a $25 gift card to any store of your choice as a thank you gift. Again, we apologize that this particular driver did not come down to your driveway but we are happy to hear it arrived safely and with no damage.

    We could have easily replaced this cabinet had we received the unopened box photos that we request all customers take of their order when it arrived. We state in our Free Shipping Terms & Conditions at checkout to take 4 digital photos of the pallet/box(es) at the time of delivery. We also sent a reminder email prior to it being delivered. We need to show the manufacturer if there was box damage or not so the product can be replaced under a Concealed Damage case if the boxes were pristine or Visible Damage if the box was damaged and the product was damaged in the corresponding area. Had we received these box photos, James Martin would have replaced the product free of charge. All we received were a few close up photos of the side of the box, not enough to show that the box did arrive in undamaged condition. This is why we encourage all of our customers to call us while the delivery is happening. We can walk them through the receiving process and address any issues.

    The vanity arrived damaged but the company sent another one free of charge. The second came in with minor scuffs in two areas and the company was able to refund me $65 to cover the cost of a retouch. They handled the issues pretty well. I just wish the packaging was better to avoid these issues.

    Excellent customer service from beginning to end! I was able to speak with one of the owners when I had some questions about which would look best with the vanity I selected. He provided advice, and sent pictures of each of the tops that I had in mind. Very professional, no pressure, and she was very upfront about the timeframe for production and delivery of my vanity and quartz top. Each and everyone of our questions about the delivery and the product were answered promptly and professionally. We were kept informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

    The selection on the site was great and we selected what we needed. The product was damaged at the manufacturer prior to shipping, but it was hidden damage, so it was not Bath Vanity's fault. Bath Vanity provided excellent customer service to remedy the issue.

    Extremely Helpful! Not only did they provide excellent customer service regarding a delay in shipping one of my items, they provided me with photos and videos they took of the item at the trade show so that I could see what the wood finish looked like. This was not even requested, but greatly appreciated. They even called me to ensure I received the texts with the videos.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this review! We understand that it's not easy to spend hard earned money on something that you can't see in person first so that is why we travel to trade shows and compile real images of many of our products. This combined with real photos from customers allows potential customers to see what the product is going to look like in person. Studio photos give you a general idea but cell phone photos along with real wood and stone samples often tell a more accurate story.

    The vanity I ordered is beautiful, but arrived with a broken sink. With just one email, a new sink was ordered and at my house in just days. Very pleased with my experience.

    After the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd vanity came cracked in two, the 4th one arrived in one piece, weeks after I needed it. Additionally, because I didn’t have someone on the property to check the product was in one piece upon arrival (shouldn’t it be?) within 24 hours ( it was two days instead of one), I was charged for the replacement. Karma was clear here in BVE having to pay for three more replacements and shipping. Looks fine in my place now but I’m afraid to use it because apparently they are quite fragile.

    We are very sorry for the delays and frustration with the shipping process of these integrated countertops. The global supply chain issues and domestic logistics chains have been strained so shipping damage has increased dramatically in the past few months. Some importers are using thinner and thinner packaging to be able to fit more products into increasingly expensive shipping containers so the items are not as protected as would be ideal. This is why we encourage customers to note any box damage with the carrier if possible then open, examine and report any shipping damage or defects to so immediately so we can replace the item(s) free of charge if need be.

    Great customer service. I received a phone call about a date change for my delivery because the company wanted me to get the best vanity possible. They were spot on and everything happened exactly as they said.

    delivery was a joke with all the up front items to accept before they would ship. Not scheduled, the driver forged my signature, left the damaged box out in the rain. No way to return without box, which fell apart in the rain. Overall poor service.

    We apologize for the carrier leaving this out in the rain and for Wyndham Collection not standing behind the product. We have parted ways with them as a result and gave the customer a refund to have the product fixed. Not every delivery goes 100% smoothly and not every product is perfect but we try to remedy ever situation that we can.

    Easy to navigate site. Clear instructions on delivery. I was not home and was not notified of my delivery that I found in my driveway when I returned home. Per information on website I called and got the new directions on how to handle this delivery. Actor opening and inspecting Products ones problem whip leg screw level. (screw bend) By vanity expert contacted management new screw level leg was sent out and and did not stop the installation of bath vanity. Customer service was excellent

    I found the service from these folks (Bryan in particular) to be stellar. They answered all my questions, sent me additional photos of the finish on the vanity I was considering and offered to get wood samples too. The price was better than I found elsewhere. They even talked me through the freight delivery -- something I've never been involved with. I'm very happy.
