  Ordered the James Martin Bristol 36" Bath Vanity today and although we have not received the vanity yet, I can tell you that the customer service at Bath Vanity Experts is beyond remarkable. Prompt call back from my initial inquiry and they went out of the way to accommodate and answer my questions. Once I placed the order, the owner of the company called me personally to discuss the vanity, shipping, assembly and even sent a video explaining every detail. They also told me that if there was any problem with the vanity once it arrived that all we needed to is call and a replacement will be shipped immediately. Amazing company and will be my first stop from now on when looking for any vanities in the future!

  Every step of the way was a pleasure from asking questions before ordering, navigating the website, the instructions re shipping and inspecting the products. Packaging of each piece was topnotch and the vanity, sink and backsplash all arrived in perfect condition and in a very timely manner.   BVE seems to be a good, reliable company. They are inappropriate, however, in the oneus they place on customers to arrange delivery. They insist, explicitly, that you receive, photograph, etc. the package, but send it 'No Signature required'. That means the trucker can simply leave it in your driveway.

  bathvanityexperts offered good pricing, timely customer service, and great communication through out the process. My only issue stemmed from being placed in the middle of their relationship with the shipping company where BVE wanted me to call them upon delivery, send them photos the packaged vanity, then follow their instructions to note issues on the packing slip which were objected to by the delivery driver. All of this resulted in 30 minutes of back and forth between the two parties and the need for me to unpack the vanity and top on the street in the rain.

  We are very sorry that the driver made noting the box damage a stressful situation! We consider anything less than 5 stars as a failure on our part and we are going to report the issues with this driver to Avanity and his carrier. You spend a lot of money on a product and we spend a lot of money getting it to you and we can't always control how cooperative of a driver the carrier sends but we take the responsibility. Damage rates increased dramatically during and after Covid and some freight companies don't want to take responsibility for damaging our shipments and some drivers try to push customers into signing clear for damaged boxes/items. We are glad to hear it made it to you safely (please do check the hidden backsplash as soon as you can as those are fragile and we only have so much time to report any damage back to the carrier or our supplier).

  There was a discrepancy in supplier inventory, which would have resulted in an extended shipping delay. Bryan and the team stepped up and went high up the food chain of the supplier, to provide an acceptable substitute that was beautiful and able to ship within the required timeline. Also worked with us on the price.

  I decided to try Bath Vanity Experts after reading raving reviews online. They had the James Martin vanity I wanted at the lowest price. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had - ever. I called when the truck arrived, they walked me through everything I needed to do, provided brief videos on how to properly open/unpack the packages and what to look for. Most of it was done by text. Easy peasy! Everything was in excellent condition- the vanity, the sink and marble top.

  Received a call minutes after order letting me know what to expect for delivery, also sent videos and direct phone numbers for contact. Shipment was well packaged with no issues. Delivery company didn't contact me prior to delivery, so it was tricky to make sure I would be available to receive the product - only a broad date range. However, when I contacted them, they gave me a date and time range. (that last statement is a Shipping company review more than BVE, but thought it would be helpful for potential future purchasers).

  I cannot say enough nice things about this website. First of all, they saved me thousands of dollars by pointing out that the vanity I ordered would have been too wide for my bathroom. I went to multiple stores that had the vanity stocked and Bryan from bathvanityexperts.com was the only person that pointed out the extended width, even sending me a picture of what to look for. Bryan was a wealth of information and was available via text with any questions/concerns I had. They were also the least expensive I found. Cannot say enough nice things about this company.   Blown away by the customer service and responsiveness. Sounds like hyperbole, but it's not. Calls and emails are picked up or returned almost immediately by friendly and competent people. I even called about a month after vanity delivery for help finding a matching sidesplash, and was given the inside scoop that they're considering buying bulk slabs of the popular countertops and custom cutting these themselves. This company is doing something right and wish all companies were this helpful and personable.

  Great service! Before I placed my order I messaged the company about shipping and was pleased with the quick response and most helpful answers. Ordering was very easy .The cabinet arrived within a week. It arrived with one damaged side mirrored panel. I took photos and let the company know. They sent a replacement that arrived in perfect condition. I do have a suggestion: I think there should be more labeling on the outside of the box for shipping that emphasizes VERY FRAGILE contents.

  I REALLY dislike shopping online. However, Brad quickly responded to all of my questions on the chat with us feature. There are many companies that sell this medicine cabinet but bath vanity experts had the best price. After thinking about this purchase for a day I called backand spoke to Brad again. Since he was driving he had his assistant call me back. Within less than 5 minutes she called me. She offered to send me a sample of the wood (free of charge.) I thought that was nice, since it is VERY difficult to match colors online. The cabinet arrived intact. No damage. I would highly recommend Bath Vanity Experts - their customer service is the best I've had in a long time.

  I spoke directly to the owner of Bath Vanity Experts on two separate occasions to have my questions answered about the vanity, color, delivery process, etc. and he was absolutely tremendous. He could not have been more helpful in helping me understand what to expect re: the product itself and how / when we would receive it. When the product arrived it was flawless. My bathroom renovation contractor and I carefully unpacked the multiple boxes and there was not a ding on anything -- not the vanities, quartz countertops, sinks or hardware. Everything was in perfect condition and this 122" inch dual vanity looks great. I cannot wait to have it installed in the coming weeks. I highly recommend working with Bath Vanity Experts and this large unit.

  Very happy with our vanity! The ordering/delivery process was easy and customer service was great for some questions I had. The vanity itself is very high quality, heavy real wood. The soft close on all the drawers and doors is very nice. So much storage space in this cabinet. We downsized from a 72” vanity to this 60” one but this one surprisingly fits more stuff.

  I will never order anything from this company again. I was on vacation when my item arrived so I was not able to check it immediately. I called them 5 days after my item arrived and they stated that I only had 2 days to report damages.

  Mostly great. They had a very competitive price. I chose to order from them because they had very engaged sales support answering my questions and making sure I had a great experience. The only downside (and maybe this is across all stores) - the vanity arrived on a palette, weighing nearly 600 pounds. They were very pushy about getting me to open it and examine that it arrived in great condition. I would have preferred not to open it yet so I could get some help moving it inside while it was still safely packaged. It was a struggle to even get inside the boxes on the palette and check them since I don't have any help. I get why they are doing this as they have insurance claims to file and such, but it was a pain.

The counter is a solid 3cm piece of stone with a separate porcelain sink that bottom mounts. I have mounted sinks like this in the past. You need to know what you are doing or get someone who does to help you. They do not tell you you need to do this anywhere on the sight and I could see it being a major issue for most people.

  Customer service with bathevanityexperts is great! The issue was with the freight company they use. We ordered a James Martin 72" vanity. I received an email with instructions for delivery. After a few days had passed I was never contacted by the freight company when they were going to deliver. I called for confirmation. They were polite enough to assist me, however, they were not confident in the status of my order, and that made me very uneasy. The invoice claimed it was coming on 4 pallets, which didn't seem to make sense to me since it was 1 item already assembled. I was then told I would get a call that same evening to be given a delivery time window, however, I did not. Instead, the next day, I got a call from the delivery driver saying he is about 15 minutes from my house! Since this was completely unexpected, no one would be able to be at the house for the delivery. The driver I spoke with was very kind and shared with me that dispatch or customer service(?) is not very good at communicating with drivers. I called the freight company's customer service again, they were still very polite and were able to schedule a delivery window for me right then for the next day. The vanity was scheduled for delivery between noon and 5 and the driver would call me when they were an hour out. 4 pm, no call. We called customer service, again, and found out the driver would not be at the house until after 5 pm. Pretty frustrating. Well, the vanity finally arrived around 5:30. I was glad to receive it in perfect order and on only one pallet!

  Came across the BVE website as I searched for vanities for primary & guest bath remodels. I was pleasantly surprised by the product offering and competitive pricing. This was only exceeded by the service I experienced when I called to inquire about inventory status on selected items of interest. A real human answered the phone and I was able to get answers to all my questions over a 3 day period via text and e-mail. As a result of the very friendly, responsive service I placed an order on a Saturday & product shipped on Tuesday and scheduled on Friday for the Monday delivery.

  These vanities are commodities - you can buy the same vanity at dozens of sites on the internet. BVE definitely had the lowest price which is why I went with them. I am so glad that I did; the post-sale service I received from them was amazing: from receiving the pallet from the shipper to installation questions, they were there 110%. That level of service is not a commodity - it's a big differentiator. I did assembly and plumbing myself and the team at BVE was available on the phone to answer a handful of questions that I had along the way. In my opinion they went way above and beyond in this age of "your call is very important to us ... please continue to hold." I got a super helpful person quickly every time I called. I would purchase again from them again without hesitation.

  If I could add an extra star, I would. The service I received, especially from Bryan, regardless of the hour was outright remarkable. I found the vanity initially on Wayfair under a different manufacturer and for a much higher price.When I found the exact replica on QualityCabinets.com, I scoured the reviews because I’ve been burned a time or two. I decided to pull the trigger and in the process of entering my card info, I ran into challenge. a chat turned into a phone call from Bryan and when I mentioned I was hesitant about the color of the wood, he sent me actual photos of the vanity in peoples homes which confirmed for me it was the vanity for me. Because of the open bottom, when Bryan learned l was adding it to replace a jacuzzi tub, he suggested I might want to choose a vanity with a closed bottom to hide plumbing, or at least have my plumber or contractor bid the cost to hide the pipes before committing to purchasing my choice. I was amazed at the lack of pressure to purchase. The following week my plumber had a few questions, and Bryan was available to talk him through the specs. my vanity arrived yesterday, and he was on the phone with me as it was delivered off the truck, advising me to document damage to the packing materials as it came off the truck to document a claim if needed. Phenomenal! I would highly recommend this company, and am so happy it came up on my browser. By the way, the vanity cost $560 less than the site I originally found it offers, and over a thousand dollars less than a local builders warehouse. I’m thrilled with my purchase! Thank you!

  Website navigation was fine. We received our vanity today. It arrived in satisfactory condition. The delivery was not what we expected. You gave very explicit instructions about taking pictures of package, and not signing the "delivery order" until we had inspected the whole package. The third party delivery company did not wait for us to even take the plastic off of the package, never mind take pictures of the cardboard packaging container. I asked about signing the delivery papers and was told there was nothing to sign. He would just confirm his delivery online... without any signature on my part!! Very, very different from our online instructions from you. Although I am basically happy with the product, would not do online order again, but instead would order locally. The product is nice enough, but certainly not the color that is shown online. To your credit, you did say the color may not match what is shown online..... but why don't you just show the color accurately??? Highly illogical. After this experience, I would prefer to shop locally and actually be able to look and touch what I am spending my money on, removing any guesswork.

The order process, the shipping notification and instructions upon delivery were very clear and concise. When it arrived, the delivery driver pointed out damage to one of the boxes. I cringed and proceeded with caution. Upon inspection, we found everything to be in pristine condition. Let me just say a word about the packing. They definitely know how to pack an order to be shipped across country. It took us a good 10-15 minutes just to get into those boxes. Thank you for a great experience.

  First of all I was told the delivery drive would have us check the items delivered for any damage and we could note it on the delivery ticket well that did not happen he unloaded it in my driveway in front of out garage door in the sprinkling rain and left without ever letting us know. I moved the vanity inside my garage and unpacked it and found some of the draw glides were damaged and would make a grinding noise when they were opened and closed and one of the draws we could not open at all we contacted Bath Vanity Experts and they had us video us opening and closing the draws which we did and sent the video to them and they said they would contact James Martin to see what could be done that was 10 days ago and we are still waiting to here back on what the outcome will be.

  The only reason this is not 5 stars is that I live on an island and shipping got messy. It would have been nice if the issues were communicated up front. But otherwise, the service was beyond excellent.

At checkout, it does state "Our free shipping (in the lower 48 states, not including ferry-to islands) service is to your curbside (or into your garage at the delivery drivers discretion)." but we understand that this can be overlooked. We are glad we were able to work out a location on the mainland to ship it to. Domestic ground costs have double in recent times so offering free ground shipping to customers is more challenging than ever.

  We found the vanity we wanted by looking at pictures on Google and chose to buy through Bath Vanity Experts based on a sale they were having at the time and the option to add the countertop and sink. So we didn't search their site at all. Ordering was straight forward. The countertop we originally chose wasn't going to be available until over a month out so they called us letting us know about the delay and gave us a few options, to wait until it was available or choose a different countertop. We ended up picking a different one which was a little more expensive but they honored the sale price we would have gotten if we had ordered it originally. Great customer service. And the company they used to ship it was great as well. On time, very helpful. I would absolutely recommend ordering from them!

  I have never had such fantastic customer service. I ordered the vanity in the afternoon and it was delivered in less than 24 hours. Bryan was on the phone with me making sure the shipment arrived without damage and the ee received what we ordered. I wish all companies and workers were as great as this one. They are fast but they really care. You can place your order with this company and are sure to get great service as well as lowest prices for the items.

  The price was good. The vanity was in perfect condition when received. The delivery process could be improved. Many people (including me) are not prepared to receive a 400 pound curbside delivery in bad weather. It should also be made clearer that the delivery date texted by the freight company is delivery to the nearest terminal, not to your location. no text or phone call was received far enough in advance to allow planning for the actual delivery to my location. A shout out to the driver, he went above and beyond helping get the delivery out of the weather.

  My vanity and mirror are beautiful! My only complaint was the delivery company. They came hours before the said delivery time and just dumped it off in my driveway and left(saw it all via my Ring). So no one signed for it and there was someone at home at the time.
