  Owner custom cut and sent a backsplash the same day. They took the time to make sure the specs matched my vanity. Looks like an exact match and I'm so glad someone is custom making these since the vanity manufacturer doesn't sell backsplashes themselves. Price was more than fair especially with the free shipping and careful packaging.

  I don't usually leave reviews, but the customer service at this business is outstanding. Brian called on a Sunday to get some details about my order. The vanity arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Go with the stone backsplash and side Splash if you need it. Brian will cut it to match your vanity top. I am very pleased with my purchase.

  Great experience!! After a lot of online research, I ordered a vanity last year from bathvanityexperts.com and I was so happy with the product, and experience, that I came back and just ordered two more. I was initially nervous about ordering from an online store I didn’t know much about but they had the absolute best price and service. The gentleman who helped me, Brian, went above and beyond to make sure I got the right color and that I had a great experience. He was so unbelievably helpful! Thank you, Brian!!   I’ve had an outstanding experience with this vanity cabinet company so far. Their customer service is truly top-notch. They’ve been incredibly responsive to all of my questions, answering quickly even through text messages, and often over the weekends—something you don't find with every company! Once I placed my order, I received an immediate thank-you text along with an offer for vanity top samples, which I really appreciated. They’ve been extremely accommodating throughout the entire process, making me feel confident and supported at every step. Although I haven’t received my vanities yet, I’m confident that their service will continue to be excellent once they arrive. Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great products and even better customer support.

  I’ve received excellent customer service from this company. Unfortunately the vanity I ordered the base was out of stock and I received a call to let me know. They provided suggestions about others that I would look at or that I could just do a wall mounted. Whenever I called the company with questions, I received a quick response. The customer service was unbelievable. I have not yet received the vanity so I can’t review it but the company is excellent!

  The website was easy to navigate. I was able to create my order quickly and without confusion. Immediately after placing my order, I received a phone call from them to clarify a particular issue/option regarding a specific aspect of my order and wanted to confirm exactly what I would prefer. This issue had to do with the manufacturer and they wanted to inform me of an option that was not selection during the ordering process on the website. As it turns out, that particular issue was something of importance and their attentiveness was very much appreciated and helped to prevent a disappointed home owner.

  Hands down this company is the best! I did my research and was turned off by our local big box home supply stores' horrible ratings on the BBB! I order online all the time but had never ordered something as massive and expensive as a 72" bathroom vanity. Plus I needed two of them! Like most, I prefer to see exactly what I'm getting first hand and, of course, when shopping online you really can't do that. However the BVE website is well-designed and user-friendly. Additionally you can hop on the chat whenever needed, and I never experienced any wait time at all. Bryan was ready and willing to check on-hand supplies, send pictures to show differences and close-ups, and offer valuable information on countertop variations when I was having trouble making a decision. Then, there's the ordering process. Couldn't have been any simpler, not to mention their prices CANNOT be beat! If you are considering ordering from Bath Vanity Experts, you can't go wrong. Check out their YouTube videos with helpful tips on receiving an order and other tips. I followed their instructions, calling them as soon as the truck arrived, sending photos, etc. and they even spoke with the driver so that I was reassured that we would not mess up a possible insurance claim. My two vanities and tops arrived in Oklahoma in really good condition despite looking pretty beat up in places. They were padded and packaged very well which obviously makes a big difference. A couple of minor scratches on the leg can be touched up with the paint kit they sent me. I couldn't be a happier, more satisfied customer!!!

I called to ask about getting a wood sample sent to me and was pleasantly suprised at how helpful the rep was in making sure that I was getting what I needed and provided extra details on the product I was considering. I did order the product and was very pleased with the detailed instructions of the delivery. Quick delivery with good communication and very carefully packaged. No damage.   Bath Vanity Experts had the best price on the cabinet during their Labor Day sale. The cabinet was shipped quickly, but unfortunately it was damaged during shipping. I contacted and sent them photos of the damaged, unopened carton as they specify on their website and their email. They had a replacement cabinet shipped out and it arrived in less than a week. Outstanding customer service! I will absolutely purchase from them again whenever I need vanities or accessories.

  This company is exceptional in 2 areas. Firstly their cost competitiveness is very good indeed, but for me, most importantly is with their customer focus. Bryan called me after I placed the order to double check that what I'd ordered was indeed exactly to my requirements and wanted to double check everything before sending out the vanity.   I purchased a beautiful vanity but because I was looking online I didn’t see some of the “detail” to the countertop I chose. (I suggest zooming in or viewing on a large screen anything you’re shopping for). Because of that I decided to order a different color and style. I needed this in a hurry since the vanity itself had been installed. Bryan at BVE was instrumental in making sure I got the replacement countertop as soon as was possible. He even made sure to cut and package the backsplash himself and ship separately to ensure it would arrive undamaged. He really went above and beyond and always answered my call. Great experience, despite my mistake! Turned out beautifully and I’m very happy.

  It would be 5 stars if the company used a better freight carrier. Among other issues, the driver refused to take the product off the truck for inspection as instructed by Bath Vanity Experts unless customer signed for it first. Otherwise, Bryan was excellent in handling the sale and customer service of the product purchased.

  We ordered 2 vanities, I love the selection and they had just what I wanted. I wanted vanities without countertops because I wanted to pick my own. The communication was excellent every step of the way. They sent pictures of the color and actual vanity. They sent a video regarding unpacking the vanities and checking for damage with a phone number that is actually answered by a human! Bryan was who I spoke with throughout the process and he was excellent, had great product knowledge , timely and exceptionally kind. We, unfortunately had damage from the trucking/delivery service and he was very helpful. This was not Bath Vanity Experts fault, but helped us rectify the situation. The delivery arrived way sooner than expected and I was very happy with Bath Vanity Experts. I would highly recommend them and will order from them again when I remodel the next bathroom in my house. Highly, highly recommend them.

  Ordered the James Martin Bristol 36" Bath Vanity today and although we have not received the vanity yet, I can tell you that the customer service at Bath Vanity Experts is beyond remarkable. Prompt call back from my initial inquiry and they went out of the way to accommodate and answer my questions. Once I placed the order, the owner of the company called me personally to discuss the vanity, shipping, assembly and even sent a video explaining every detail. They also told me that if there was any problem with the vanity once it arrived that all we needed to is call and a replacement will be shipped immediately. Amazing company and will be my first stop from now on when looking for any vanities in the future!

  BVE seems to be a good, reliable company. They are inappropriate, however, in the oneus they place on customers to arrange delivery. They insist, explicitly, that you receive, photograph, etc. the package, but send it 'No Signature required'. That means the trucker can simply leave it in your driveway.

  bathvanityexperts offered good pricing, timely customer service, and great communication through out the process. My only issue stemmed from being placed in the middle of their relationship with the shipping company where BVE wanted me to call them upon delivery, send them photos the packaged vanity, then follow their instructions to note issues on the packing slip which were objected to by the delivery driver. All of this resulted in 30 minutes of back and forth between the two parties and the need for me to unpack the vanity and top on the street in the rain.

  We are very sorry that the driver made noting the box damage a stressful situation! We consider anything less than 5 stars as a failure on our part and we are going to report the issues with this driver to Avanity and his carrier. You spend a lot of money on a product and we spend a lot of money getting it to you and we can't always control how cooperative of a driver the carrier sends but we take the responsibility. Damage rates increased dramatically during and after Covid and some freight companies don't want to take responsibility for damaging our shipments and some drivers try to push customers into signing clear for damaged boxes/items. We are glad to hear it made it to you safely (please do check the hidden backsplash as soon as you can as those are fragile and we only have so much time to report any damage back to the carrier or our supplier).

  I decided to try Bath Vanity Experts after reading raving reviews online. They had the James Martin vanity I wanted at the lowest price. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had - ever. I called when the truck arrived, they walked me through everything I needed to do, provided brief videos on how to properly open/unpack the packages and what to look for. Most of it was done by text. Easy peasy! Everything was in excellent condition- the vanity, the sink and marble top.

  Blown away by the customer service and responsiveness. Sounds like hyperbole, but it's not. Calls and emails are picked up or returned almost immediately by friendly and competent people. There are many companies that sell this medicine cabinet but bath vanity experts had the best price. After thinking about this purchase for a day I called backand spoke to Brad again. Since he was driving he had his assistant call me back. Within less than 5 minutes she called me. She offered to send me a sample of the wood (free of charge.) I thought that was nice, since it is VERY difficult to match colors online. The cabinet arrived intact. No damage.   I spoke directly to the owner of Bath Vanity Experts on two separate occasions to have my questions answered about the vanity, color, delivery process, etc. and he was absolutely tremendous. He could not have been more helpful in helping me understand what to expect re: the product itself and how / when we would receive it. When the product arrived it was flawless. My bathroom renovation contractor and I carefully unpacked the multiple boxes and there was not a ding on anything -- not the vanities, quartz countertops, sinks or hardware. Everything was in perfect condition and this 122" inch dual vanity looks great. I cannot wait to have it installed in the coming weeks.   Mostly great. They had a very competitive price. I chose to order from them because they had very engaged sales support answering my questions and making sure I had a great experience. The only downside (and maybe this is across all stores) - the vanity arrived on a palette, weighing nearly 600 pounds. They were very pushy about getting me to open it and examine that it arrived in great condition. I would have preferred not to open it yet so I could get some help moving it inside while it was still safely packaged. It was a struggle to even get inside the boxes on the palette and check them since I don't have any help. I get why they are doing this as they have insurance claims to file and such, but it was a pain.
