    Dealing with BVE was very professional and responsive. Even though the vanity was damaged during shipping and a new one needed to be sent, the BVE team was on it! They did not try to get out of responsibility. I was taken very seriously and they got the replacement ordered ASAP. Very nice to deal with such a good team. We will buy again and recommend them.

    I ordered the small vanity to match the large one purchased previously. they are both exactly what I wanted. The only issue is that on the small vanity, I wanted a plain Carrera marble counter with no holes but couldn't get one so shopped locally for one. All is great now.

    Ordering was easy but the free shipping only delivers to curbside. Not to your garage. For something that weighs 200+ lbs it is not ideal to deliver to curbside, especially in the rain when you need to unpack and inspect the product before receiving.

    Bath vanity experts is an excellent company. Bryan always answered my questions. Shipping was perfect. Vanity, mirrors, sinks, and quartz top arrived in excellent condition without breakage. The deliverer brought the vanity to the garage. Definitely the packagers were experienced. The vanity, mirrors, sinks, and pearl jasmine quartz top are all attractive. I have not installed the vanity yet but am looking forward to it. It far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Bath Vanity Experts.

    Since I live in NC, I was concerned about ordering from a CA company. But my pallet arrived yesterday, delivered by a nice delivery man who put the pallet in my garage-- and everything looks in good shape. Things were packed very well. The white vanity and mirror are a true bright white. The Carrara marble top is white with nice medium gray veining. It won't be installed until May, but everything I've seen meets or exceeds my expectations.

    Excellent!!! Ordered vanity and mirrors on 4/10/19 and received on 4/18/19. Bath Vanity Experts kept me informed on every aspect from ordering, shipping, and delivery instructions. Can't say enough about their packaging and security of the items ordered. Vanity and matching mirrors are of excellent quality....very satisfied with this company...would not hesitate a minute to use them in the future.

    Customer ordered an item and after it had shipped, informed us that it was not going to fit and wanted to return it. Per our standard Buyer's Remorse return policy we only charged her for the return shipping. We absorbed the outbound shipping and 15% restocking fee charged by our supplier. Many sites bill this back to the customer. We do not. We only billed for the return shipping. Had it been damaged or defective, the customer would have paid nothing to cancel/return. We are sorry that the customer is dissatisfied however we have one of the most customer friendly Buyer's Remorse return policies in the industry.

    After placing my order I contacted Bath Vanity Experts about a side splash. At first the response was in a reasonable amount of time, then I waited a couple days for an answer. After confirming the side splash I continued to wait to hear when my delivery would be. After a few days I contacted them about a color change (since no delivery info had been shared) and again, slow to reply. When the final decision on color was made, I waited again. I don’t know if it was this company or the manufacturer but some communication would have been nice to update me along the way about my vanity.

    BathVanityExperts is accomodating but their return policy is horrible. When we asked to do a return, they told us that if we did a return, they would note it as remorse and charge us a fee. We had a frustrating experience. Only one person (driver) made the delivery and he the truck and lift used was inadequate. The package was too tall for the lift to properly lower without tipping over. The driver did not stay for the inspection as stated on the sign on the package. He told us he needed to leave and to check the package ourselves. When we opened the package, one of our mirrors was missing. We also found one of our linen towers to be poorly crafted...there was a huge gap in the seam of the cabinet door and a crack above the glass. Our vanity also appeared to have been dropped as it was cracked at the bottom. The paint on the brand new vanity also appeared to be cracked and peeling. When we voiced our opinions to the company, they kept throwing it back on the vendor and telling us that they would relay the message to the vendor. The item was delivered on Friday 12/14 and it is now Tuesday 12/18 and it is still up in the air on how this problem will be resolved. Customer Service sounds like they are working on it but we still have not had confirmation on how the issue will be resolved. This is the 4th bathroom we have renovated in the last 2 years and we have never had a turnaround this slow in confirmation of a timeline in moving forward to resolve an issue. We have requested for them to discount us for our time...there was alot of wasted time in doing the inspections and taking all the requested photos. No response as of yet.

    Bath Vanity Experts was great to work with. Very efficient and they followed up all the way through the ordering and delivery process. The only problem I had, is that it says "easy returns" on their website. I ordered a vanity and mirror set and the mirror was GIANT and we could not use it. The problem with the return was, they insisted I use the crate and packaging it came in and would have to send it back on a truck to whereever it came from. The cost of the return was more than the mirror (which was $200). I now have a $200 mirror that I can not use and can not return. I offered to bring it to their store instead of shipping it back to manufacturer, and did not get a response. So other than that, they did a good job. And the vanities and the mirrors are beautiful.

    This company is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. I am writing this review to warn you. BUYER BEWARE! Their products are damaged and of the poorest quality possible. Their return policy of only having 24 hours to inspect their products is ridiculous. I plan on reporting them to the Better Buiness Bureau.

    Product delivered OK, but the following two things were very off-putting and would probably prevent me from ordering from bathvanityexperts again: 1-The shipment inspection instructions forwarded ahead of order receipt was completely oriented around making sure bathvanityexperts was not going to be responsible for problems. The idea that a delivery person is going to stand around for an hour while the customer unpacks and inspects the contents 7-8 large boxes on a pallet is absurd. Amazon (like Southwest Airlines for air travel) has made the business decision to have policies that help the customer have a positive experience rather than make them worry they are going to be screwed over by the fine print. Something for you to consider. 2-The scheduler who called my wife to arrange the shipment delivery insisted it was only "curb delivery" meaning plopping the pallet down on the street curb outside out house and would not put the delivery in our garage. The thought of having a several hundred pound pallet sitting out by our street without giving us any other option really pissed her off. (the delivery guy put the pallet in the garage just like every other delivery guy has--because whether or not they were suppose to, they're not jerks). Again, suggest you think about the impact of your service T&C from the customer point of view.

    The items I bought were sent out right away by bath vanity experts. It's their shipping company I had problems with. My order set several days before it was actually shipped and it set 2 days in KC before they called me to set up delivery. When they schedule they gave me a 4 hour window which is ok, but after 5 hours I called them. I was told they would be there in an hour. That didn't happen. I called them again and was told they can't deliver it today. I had to insist because I had workers scheduled for the next day. They finally delivered at 7:30 in the evening.

    I am very upset about the size of the vanity. The website stated that it is a 30 inch wide vanity. It very clearly measures 27 inches. So now my 31 inch top will overhang 2 inches on each side rather than the 1/2 inch that is normal.
