We received the vanity within eight days. It is beautiful. We love it! And, the price we paid was below what we found elsewhere.   the only problem with this is that the sink and top came separately and you have to glue the sink to the top yourself. The other top I bought from these guys came preassembled and I would have given them a 5 star on that one.

  Thank you for the feedback on the sink. On this particular Avanity model, there is a choice of white or off-white (linen) sink. This is why the sink does not come glued to the countertop. This in many ways is better than a pre-epoxied sink because if the sink ever cracks or fails in the future, you can remove it from the bottom of the countertop by cutting the silicone away and unscrewing the sink clips. We cary items made by many different manufactures so the ways the vanities are built or get installed varies from brand to brand.

  Please give Bathvanity/experts a try. I was hesitant until I looked at all reviews, BBB ratings, company ownership, return policy and history. Brian walked me through every step of the way and gave me some useful advice about ordering and shipping. Everything came exactly as ordered and was delivered on time by local drop shipper. We ordered an 80 inch vanity and top. This was shipped on one pallet, heavily padded and even packed in a wood framed box to prevent any damage. Please consider Bathvanity/experts for your next purchase.

  I found the vanity I wanted but the prices from the local distributors were higher than I fell I wanted to spend. Bathvanityexperts.com offered the exact vanity I wanted and I was able to receive it in the same timeframe as from a local store. The vanity was shipped in a very timely manner and was in perfect condition. It really complements our bathroom.

  We have ordered James Martin vanitites from Bath Vanity Experts twice already, and they are excellent. Great products, but even GREATER customer service giving little tips on installation, helping work around issues, and everything. We cannot thank Brian enough for his thoroughness. If you have ANY questions or need help, you need to call Brian. He is the definition of "going above and beyond"! Great packaging and always arrived as promised in PRISTINE condition..but it is important to thoroughly check promptly to ensure no shipping damages.

  My experience with Bath Vanity Experts was seamless. The rep I worked with, Bryan, was super helpful. He sent me samples of the cabinet and countertop finishes and this helped immeasurably. I was really surprised and pleased by the attention I received. Bryan even texted additional photos to show me actual cabinets from his recent visit to a tradeshow. I didn't receive anywhere near this amount of assistance at my local cabinet retailers, none of which had the James Martin line, which I really feel is superior even to many custom made cabinets.

  I had MULTIPLE online and live phone chats with Brian at all hours across several weeks. He ALWAYS responded was knowledgeable and eager to make sure I had all information needed to be comfortable with my choice. EVERYTHING went fine. I settled on the JAMES MARTIN 36" BRITTANY in ONYX with matching mirror. I just wish that my bathroom was large enough to get the 35 inch mirror but Brian's advice to go smaller given that the vanity was going to be on immediate wall upon entering bathroom was spot on and concurred with my husband's desires. They sent a sample of another vanity when I was considering that. I am also THANKFUL for Brian's suggestion to go with the Jasmine Pearl vs the white Cararra marble and as he said the sample and pictures would give me a good idea but paled in comparison to the actual vanity top. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and I am BEYOND PLEASED with my choice in VANITY, COUNTERTOP & MIRROR. THANK YOU!

  I have had my vanity for some time and just got it installed this week. I thought we had a problem with the back splash and the company was very quick to respond with advice and even sent me a replacement immediately. I love the quality, the style of the unit. The response of this company was so above and beyond. I am planning to start building a house this spring and will be shopping for vanities with this company. I highly recommend them!

  BVE has excellent customer service along with rapid processing of order and delivery. With the assistance of instant messaging, emailing, and a phone call, they answered all of our questions with patience and knowledge, and actually called to check-up on an order. Our 3 vanities were carefully and exceptionally packed and wrapped for assurance of no damage during delivery. We had placed 3 different orders of significant value with BVE and each one has been an exceptionally positive experience. Of course we don’t hesitate to recommend BVE. ,

  This has been a challenge since first ordered. The order was cancelled and the product never delivered to me. Since then, it has been three months and I still don't have a refund. The return was handled badly and the promises of a refund have never materialized.

  We have notified our credit card processor that we would like to give the refund back but the order is in the dispute phase (it can take 90 days for them to reply to the dispute).   I order many items on line and Bathvanityexperts.com surpassed my expectations. The man I spoke to about how long delivery would take was spot on with his info. I was contacted by email explaining the delivery process and again to verify the delivery and the condition of the items. Great Service! My only recommendation is that they tell you the delivery is made by one man and you will need some able bodied helpers for unboxing it if you are a single woman. Fortunately, the workmen doing the remodel were here to help.

  This is our second purchase with BVE. They are patient, knowledgable, attentive, professional, friendly, and 100% reliable. I only with they sold more bathroom products so I would have to go anywhere else for my renovation. Try to talk to Bryan, he is the best and you can shop in confidence whenever you deal with him.   The vanities were well packaged and free of any defects or damage from the shipping process. I was impressed with how much attention was given to keep them safe during transit. Also, the carrier communicated well with me to schedule the delivery times and arrived within the window. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with Bathvanityexperts. Before I order, I called and asked some questions. They were very thorough in the explanation of the process and answering my questions. Job well done!

  I purchased and received a Wyndham countertop. I was not happy with the craftsmanship and called Bath Vanity Experts to refuse the shipment and get it replaced. The rep I spoke with (Bryan) told me pits in the marble and epoxy around the sink holes are "normal" and I did not receive immediate support in replacing the item. I had to provide MULTIPLE photos and push that I found this unacceptable to initiate getting a replacement.

  I am truly amazed how quickly they processed my order and shipped the product. The communication was excellent. I ordered on a Monday and the trucking company called to set up a delivery time four days later. Bath Vanity Experts exceeded my expectation through the whole process.

  Well, to start we ordered two 72 inch vanities and they were shipped on top of each other... #300 lbs each so to get the top vanity down it took my neighbor, myself and the delivery truck driver which was well beyond what he was required to do... James Martin furniture needs to use their head in shipping... five of six doors on the vanities were scratched or had imperfections not unexpected based on how they were shipped but Bath Vanity Experts did well in getting out touch up kit and having two sets of doors replaced... (although we have to wait 90 days to get the second set delivered since they come in from China). Then none of the new doors had screw holes to replace the hinges from the damaged doors to the new doors...or screw holes to replace the magnetic lock on the tops of each. James Martin is suppose to pay $100 to have this work performed but we have not seen that yet. Bath Vanity Experts is legit but James Martin needs a lot of guidance which Bath Vanity Experts is trying to give them.

  Bath Vanity Experts provided wonderful customer service from the moment I called. They also had the absolute best prices I found anyplace! From Customer Service helping me with and politely and professionally answering my questions while placing my order, I couldn't be more pleased. There was a "hiccup" with the delivery, but with their help, I received my order with no issues. Their customer service has been exemplary.

  Great quality product, and great customer service. I picked the wrong configuration for my plumbing, and they worked with me to find a suitable alternative. They sent me real life photos of the product to make sure I would like it. It turned out great!
