  I've ordered 2 different vanities from this site. A James Martin 60" twin and an Avanity 48" both with Carrara marble tops. Bryan was congenial and extremely helpful in describing the quality and delivery time I should expect. He expedited the shipping on both orders which was a rare perk during the pandemic. The James Martin arrived within a week as their warehouse is in Georgia. The Avanity shipped from California and was about a 2 week delivery time to the East coast.

  It was easy to find the right vanity that was made beautifully and well priced. There was an expected delay and the staff at Bath Vanity Experts called to let me know. They were so helpful and nice. Will be definitely purchasing from them again and have given their names to friends that are remodeling.

  I was hesitant to use a company that I had found online for such an expensive item. I've never done that before. But it couldn't have been easier and we couldn't be more pleased. The gentleman I worked with couldn't have been more helpful explaining the vanity even texting me the "new" color of white the company was using. (I had been working with three companies. No one even knew it had changed!) Delivery was timely and couldn't have gone more easily. I would highly recommend Bath Vanity Expects to anyone needing a new vanity.

  If I could have gave this company zero stars, I would have. I recieved my cabinet and it had damage. I recieved it on a weekday, I work, so I had to wait till the weekend to install it. When I hung the cabinet, I noticed it had damage. there was a dent next to the door and a chip of paint was missing. Also the bottom corner was pushed in like the box was dropped. I emailed the company and they called me back the next day. They informed me the cabinet was no longer covered because you only have 24 hours from the time of delivery to make a claim. Thats company policy. How insane is that ? This is a cabinet, that has to be installed, it takes time to do this. How many people get cabinets delivered and install them the minute they arrive. They said I should have read the fine print. Do yourself a favor, buy from another company, you may pay $10 more, but when it arrives damaged, you won't have to loose your hard earned money.

  I highly recommend “ Bathvanityexperts” the customer service is excellent. They have a phone number & are available to answer all your questions. The prices are the lowest & offer free freight. I received my order in about a week. My vanity was package well and strapped on a pallet. My freight company was La Sala. The driver was wonderful & put the vanity in my garage. I will definitely order again from this company. It’s reassuring to have a company treasure customer service. Trust me order from bath vanity experts ! They get it right the first time.

  The site was easy to navigate and the selection of products is great. The vanity and top shipped from San Fernando, CA to my home in rural Missouri. Took about 2 weeks. Everything was well packed and protected. Both boxes were on a single pallet. Really happy with the vanity and color. The top had a different veining than I thought I ordered, however, the light veining, being somewhat gray in color will work for me also. I'm pretty happy with the selection options, pricing and shipping. Should the need arise, I'll gladly do business with this company again.

  Bath vanity experts agent; JulieAnn Seely has been fantastic in trying to resolve the issues with my order. The vanity was delivered damaged and she was able to get a reduction in the price. The quartz top however has been delivered twice and damaged both times. Unfortunately, they cannot address how it is shipped by Wyndham!

  We are very sorry that the two Wyndham marble tops (more delicate than quartz) have been damaged in transit. The transit distance is over 2000 miles which means it gets transferred several times by forklifts and freight trucks. Wyndham has better than average packaging for this industry but we have seen an increase in damage across all carriers and brands recently due to the sheer increase in volume of freight that is moving in the USA during Covid-19 as more people are staying home and ordering online. We have the 3rd top/backsplash en route to you and hopefully this time it will arrive safely.

  Brian was very diligent in staying in contact regarding shipping date. Website is easy to navigate. Will use these folks again whenever we need other bathroom cabinetry. Not crazy about the shipping company however. Had to call them 5 times on delivery day for updates. They hung up on our calls 2 times. Find a new shipping company.

  Navigation on the site was very easy and we ordered a complete vanity with countertops and mirrors.   I asked a lot of questions via their online chat customer service. I needed them to hold my vanity which was on sale and very low in stock until my contractor was ready to start my job. That was not a problem. It was delivered yesterday and there was no damage to the vanity or the marble countertop. I was very pleased with the customer service (thank you Brian!). I love my vanity.

  Very, very pleased with my purchase and even more so with the customer service. They were so kind and understanding in fixing my order after I’d accidentally ordered the wrong item.   This was the best experience. BVE responded to my inquiries, solved my delivery problem instantly and I had my new vanity very quickly.   The product showed up on semi trailer, on a large pallet. It was very well packaged. The cabinet came as one piece with all drawers and handles installed. The countertop and sinks were packaged on the same pallet, but wrapped separately. It was delivered on time.

  I'm always reluctant to order items online, especially Items that are challenging to return. I have not previously done business with James Martin Metropolitan. With a certain amount of trepidation, we ordered a 48" bathroom vanity for a remodel. From the beginning, I was impressed with our salesperson, Brian. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to messages. However, what I was most impressed with was our new vanity. First of all was the packing. Never have I seen a better job of packing something that was being shipped on a truck. The downside was a ton of packaging material to dispose of. Our vanity arrived in perfect condition, not a scratch or dent anywhere. We were concerned about the quality of what we were buying. Brian assured us that the vanity was from solid wood, not veneerer particleboard or MDF. He was right on. The quality was much better than pieces costing far more. We are more than pleased with our purchase and highly recommend Jame Martin Metropolitan. Ed & Ruth

  The exceptional: Ordered item arrived faster than expected and pre-shipment communication as well as product acceptance guidelines were clear and helpful. Why not 5 stars? even though close-up photos were available the color variation and product surface was still significant (we didn't take the extra time to view samples though) and the metal base locally was not fully polished requiring additional time and effort! Biggest concern: Expected guidance about placement of plumbing; had to remove back panel and cut pipe openings adding several hours to the project! Lastly as good customer service would have appreciated recommended adhesive to connect sink top to vanity..

  The shipping requirements are too strict. You need to check with the carriers to make sure that they will allow your strict instructions. The carrier that brought mine would not take it off the truck until I signed for it and then wouldn’t wait to let me open it to check it out, or write any message on the delivery sheet! The only thing I could do was take it as is or reject it. That’s not right! I spent a lot of money and it should be an easier process.

  I worked with Bryan at BVE. Not only is he extremely knowledgable of his products, he goes above and beyond to answer questions and process purchases expeditiously. From researching, placing my order, to shipping and delivery, BVE is the BEST online bath company I have ever encountered. During these trying times resulting from the pandemic, my order was processed and delivery was accomplished in record time. Despite the extenuating circumstances that currently exist, I was able to speak to a LIVE person - (Bryan), not limited to CHAT or EMAIL, and not have my phone call be placed on hold for a limitless amount of time. As a result of this positive experience with BVE, I am currently waiting on additional items I recently ordered. BVE has earned a loyal customer. I highly recommend BVE.   It was very easy to compare vanities and order the one I wanted. The Wyndham Deborah 70” vanity was delivered much faster than other companies had advised. The vanity, marble top and mirror were very securely packed for transport. The countertop was packed in a wooden crate and the other pieces were secured with heavy cardboard and wrapped in plastic. They were all then strapped tightly into a pallet. I love the looks and quality of the vanity, countertop and mirror. They’re stunning.

  I honestly appreciate all the efforts made by the two representatives for bath vanity experts to resolve missing components required to secure the sinks to the marble vanity top. Unfortunately, their source "James Martin" located in Texas failed to priority ship two sets- had two sinks and they were told. The initial discovery with the arrival of the vanity was bad enough but then to discover that James Martin shipped only one set when two were required simply caused undue stress on me and upset my Contractor. I don't fault bath vanity experts; hence, I deem them excellent and highly recommend them but one must be honest that their supplier failed miserably.
