    I ordered Bathroom Vanity from Bathvanityexperts after 3 consecutive shipping errors from Houzz.com order delaying our bathroom remodel project by 2 months. We were so frustrated with Houzz team, who kept sending us black vanity with black countertop when we had ordered white vanity with white countertop. Finally, we got what we wanted at bathvanityexperts.com. The order arrived in the time frame mentioned. The box was damaged from the outside, and when we opened vanity it had chipped paint at the side. Otherwise Vanity itself was great. We were so frustrated with waiting and fearing it will add another 3-4 weeks to return and get replacement we decided to keep vanity. However on the third day, when our contractor came and opened countertop, it was broken into two pieces. After experience with Houzz.com, I did not expect anything like customer service. But reps from Bathvanityexperts pursued the matter with the company, and got us replacement countertop in less than a week. Not only this, but they also followed up from time to time making sure we received our order. Company offered to send us repairs for vanity, but since it was only chipped paint that was going towards wall, we declined paint. We are very happy with our vanity and new bathroom. But more than that I am happy with bathvanityexperts. Problems will occur here and there with shipping, but how one resolves problem is the way to do the business. As a customer, I was respected, listened to and given a smooth easy transaction in a very busy lifestyle. I will recommend Bathvanityexperts.com 100% for excellent excellent and responsible customer service.

    We’ve been remodeling for 7 months and this is by far the WORST experience I’ve had with any vendor and there have been close to 100. Avoid at all costs. Their prices may be nominally lower but it’s not worth the couple of dollars to deal with these people. I would buy ANYWHERE BUT HERE. They don’t follow their own stringent delivery guidelines about checking everything before the carrier leaves. They don’t bother to send an alert that the item has been delivered. They send vanities out with missing pieces (maybe that’s why they leave it quietly in your driveway with zero notices you can’t check). Customer service is nothing more than a battle of the wills. Their customers are apparently NEVER right. Vanity required signature and long list of requirements before carrier left. Instead, it was left in my driveway for 4 days before I saw it. (We we’re in a hotel due to remodeling). It took another few days for the contractor to open the box and it was installed before he noticed it was missing the side bit. For 2 weeks I sent back and forth with emails. First, it had been too long….4 days are you kidding me? Then it’s not up to them to replace missing parts but up to the manufacturer who says no. Then They wanted a pic of the vanity in the box …how about the empty box and installed vanity? NOPE HAS TO BE IN BOX. I finally gave up and had a fabricator make the missing splash guard ….actually he made 2 because who sells a vanity with only one splash guard and delivers NONE? Bath vanity experts that’s who!

    We reached out to the customer about her missing side-splash and sticking drawer glides and did not hear back from her after our follow up. We explained that we are the middle man in this situation and Wyndham Collection has stringent policies about reporting damaged or missing items but want to make things right. Wyndham offers 1 side-splash with many of their tops because people often put the vanities into a corner with the other side open. Additional splashes are available for purchase as well. We are always available and our offer still stands to address the sticky glide issue even though we have parted ways with Wyndham Collection as a supplier. We admit we are not perfect but we want to do our best to remedy any problems that we can.

    The vanity sink arrived broken two separate times! The service from Bath Vanity Experts is sketchy, often they didn’t answer the phone directing me to a voicemail system. I did not receive a follow up call or email nor did they stay in touch regarding the status. I had to always reach out to them. I still have not heard from them several weeks after the final 3rd vanity sink arrived, I would expect some sort of communication and or apology. Their website is not intuitive and I still cannot locate my invoice! I am generally concerned if this wasn’t some sort of scam!

We are always available 24/7 at 888-409-2284 or via live online chat and we worked with James Martin, our supplier, to get the damaged item replaced as soon as possible. Your invoice may have gone into your SPAM folder but we forwarded you another copy of it. We are very sorry about the damage and we ask our suppliers to ship in the best packaging they can and with the best carrier possible but fragile items like ceramic sinks and stone countertops can unfortunately still get damaged in transit and it sometimes takes several shipments for them to arrive safely.

    Bath Vanity Experts is fabulous to work with. We worked with Brain and he could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is excellent at his job...helpful, answers all questions, upbeat, care and attention to details, calls and text back, etc. We are super happy with our James Martin Vanity. The craftsmanship, quality and aesthetics are beyond our expectation. The charcoal soapstone countertop is beautiful too. I recommend this company fully. You will not be disappointed.

    I have never had a more horrible experience with a purchase in my life. Do not buy from these shady people. I signed off on the shipping receipt as having received 1 box with 2 items inside (a vanity and a double sink marble countertop), so naturally, that was what I thought was inside the box. I also took photos of the entire box as instructed by Estes shipping and noted each little imperfection on it. My dad came down with COVID at the same time our vanity was delivered, so our bath remodel was delayed 2 weeks. When we were finally able to resume our bathroom remodel, we opened the box and noticed there was no countertop. I called them immediately to explain what was missing. A drawer was also damaged. I had to send them photos of the vanity to prove it was their vanity. SERIOUSLY?! They were OK with replacing the drawer on manufacturer defect but said the missing countertop was not their fault because it wasn't reported within 24 hours, even though their policy says you have 30 days to report if something is missing. They had the audacity to tell me I could send them more money for the same coutertop we already paid $400.00 for, but this time they would be kind enough to charge us $800.00 for it. SERIOUSLY?! I later found the Bill of Lading showing there were supposed to actually be 2 boxes on the 1 pallet I received, not just 1 box. What I signed off on was 1 box on 1 pallet, not the 2 boxes on 1 pallet that supposedly shipped in the very beginning. I sent them that proof on the Bill of Lading, but it still hasn't been resolved yet a week later. We have a fully remodeled bathroom right now with NO COUNTERTOP OR SINKS! I'm speechless about this whole situation. They lost our countertop along the way during shipping and have done absolutely nothing to make it right. I don't know how any American business can operate this way and still have customers. I wish I would have read these other 1 star reviews before purchasing from here.

    We are very sorry about the experience that you have had with us and Estes, the carrier that Wyndham used to ship this order. On our delivery instructions, we inform customers to note the number of boxes on the delivery receipt, note any visible damage and to call us immediately at 888-409-2284 if there is any damage to our box(es) or anything missing so we can go over the order with you before the driver leaves. We have to report any missing or damaged items back to Wyndham in 24 to 48 hours. We understand that in these hectic times that may not always be possible, but had we been notified sooner that the countertop was missing, we could have replaced it right away for free. Freight sometimes gets damaged/lost and we are available 24/7 to call when the order is delivering so we can remedy the situation right away.

    When I found the vanity and linen cabinet for our bathroom renovation, I was hesitant to order from a company I had not heard of before. I needed to call to ask some questions about the product and a customer representative answered the phone immediately and even sent pictures to help me decide on the color of countertop. When the vanity arrived it was packaged impeccably, without even a scratch. There is no charge for shipping and one might get an extra discount depending on the manufacture. I will definitely order from them again.

    i purchased two cabinets from this company. They're very efficient and kept me updated as to the status of my orders. I received both cabinets on two different trucks and both were on time. The products upon inspection were everything i hoped for. There was a discrepancy with one of the deliveries that stated there were five boxes and i received only 3. I contacted the number i was instructed to call and got an immediate response from Bryan who stated that perhaps the sinks were in with the cabinet. they were indeed. very satisfied with the service and the product.     I was very nervous ordering such an expensive double bathroom vanity online and that was back ordered (which I knew when I ordered it) ordering was simple and Brian was great when I called to ask any questions. The day my vanity was ordered everything was perfect it was shipped freight and was packed very well. Only issue was both sinks came broken looks like it happened during shipping. I called up Brian in a panic and he told me what to do and they handled everything beautifully!!! I had my replacement sinks in a week. Couldn’t be happier!! Would def order again from them in the future. One thing I did have my contractor so was in the tall tower piece i had them put an outlet so I can charge my toothbrush and my husband can charge his shaver without having to leave anything on the counter. (So glad i did that) 😍

    Color was wrong by 100%. Haven't heard back from Bryon Daily (owner) since May 21. In ADVANCE, we discussed the website color of blonde James Martin Portland white washed walnut light color with actual photos of his other customers to confirm the order vs the dark dark walnut brown I received. Pre-delivery potential of good customer service was expected with returned calls & questions. I am sick to be stuck with a $2,000 vanity that is the opposite of what I was told. The blame was directly placed oN James Martin who he said refused to help exchange it or solve this issue in anyway. BLAMED LACK OF SUNLIGHT IN MY PHOTO DIDNT MATCH PHOTOS OTHER CUSTOMERS. HE SAID THE WEATHER DIDN'T SHOW SUNLIGHT IN MY AREA, AFTER PROVING FULL SUNLIGHT IN PHOTOS +++ AVOID BUYING JAMES MARTIN ON LINE. ONLY BUY FROM A DEALER THAT WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE AND IS REASONABLE TO SOLVE ISSUES NOT ABANDON CUSTOMERS.

    Bryan was very knowledgeable about the James Martin Brookfield vanity I was interested in ordering. He provided photos and walked me through the ordering process. He was helpful with making sure the vanity was delivered in a timely manner and provided additional assistance with scheduling and delivery after the delivery company made an error with the schedule. He walked me through the inspection process after delivery. I am absolutely impressed with the personalized customer service that was provided. The vanity is absolutely beautiful!!!!     The service and personal attention from this company is amazing. I was given a private cell phone number to assist in the process of receiving the order. I had one small issue that was handled quickly and much to my satisfaction. Follow up questions after the purchase were handled with just as much enthusiasm as the pre purchase questions. As this is an authorized James Martin dealer I am assured of the warranty being honored. The purchase was tax free with free shipping. They even provide a gift card if you send photos of your installed vanities. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am. Buying such large, expensive items on line can feel a little daunting but these folks are right there to assist through the entire process.

    We are sorry that you are unhappy with your experience so far. This unit was out of stock when ordered on 4/5 (very common right now amongst all importers due to port delays and increased product demand from overseas factories) but James Martin got it shipped out 4/27 from their Georgia warehouse via Estes Freight and it is slated to get into your area in a few days. They should be calling you but if you call Estes at 877-268-4555 and reference the tracking # we sent you on 4/28 and ask for the scheduling clerk, they should be able to schedule your delivery appt.

    The top came broken because of the inappropriate, ineffective, and POOR packing. The granite edge was completely exposed. WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Now I have to wait for replacement while my bath is being renovated.

    I ordered two vanities initially. I made the mistake of not thoroughly inspecting them when they arrived. When my contractor was going to install them, he noticed they both were damaged, although one of them was usable. I reordered another one to replace the unusable one. It too was damaged. So is the shipping company the one who should receive zero stars for their performance or BathVanityExperts for using that shipping company? To date I have not received a refund for the third vanity. I did not do my part to thoroughly inspect the first two within 30 days so I just ate the cost of those two. An expensive mistake on my part!

    We are sorry that the carrier damaged the vanities in transit. They are delicate items and the volume of freight that is shipping nationwide has caused damage rates to go up. The carrier is chosen by the manufacturer and we have to abide by their rules for reporting shipping damage. We have refunded you in full for the 3rd vanity on 4/20 through SQUARE and the funds should be back to your card in a few days (they can take 5 to 7 days total). Please let us know when the refund arrives.

    I was shocked when I received the bill for shipping. I thought the shipping was free, and not informed when I ordered the vanity, that the shipping would be as much as the vanity.

    Bryan was on point answering all my questions up front. Vanity shipped on time and was delivered on time in perfect condition. The outside packaging was damaged in places, but the interior packing protected the piece perfectly. The quartz countertop and sink arrived in the same shipment with no issues. I will use Bath Vanity Experts again.

    Our experience with your company was excellent. Placing the order, then speaking to the representatives was outstanding. We had curbside delivery and when the driver realized it was just my wife and I he helped me carry the vanity, sink and countertop into our home. We are extremely satisfied with the products.     The order was very simple to complete. I had a question 2 days after I sent in my order so I called the phone number listed. A person picked it up responded and said he would call me back with in 5 minutes with the answer, He called back in 10 minutes with the answer. He was in the warehouse and had to get back to his desk.

    We are sorry for the poor communication on this order. The owner had to step away from his role in this trouble ticket as there was an unexpected injury to one of his family members that he had to take care of. We made sure that, despite our supplier not standing behind the product, we let the credit card company know we approved the requested amount so it would be refunded back to the card. This open trouble ticket should have been handed down to our internal customer service instead of leaving it in the hands of the supplier to try to schedule their own furniture medic (which did not happen). We again apologize and hope you enjoy the vanity for many years ahead.

    I had some trouble with the delivery, as it was delivered to a house I had not closed on yet, but I am extremely happy with the quality of the Vanity. The sales people were very helpful trying to help me resolve the delivery issue. I did see the same vanity for a lower price on Wayfair after I bought it, and I know they did not have this one before.

    I would never order anything from this place again and will do my best to tell everyone else to avoid as well. Delivery will show up without letting you know and if anything is damaged, even an undetectable hairline crack that causes the vanity to crack while lifting off the pallet, will not be covered and you'll be out $1300. Make sure you have a geologist standing by at random when they show up.

    After significant research we stumbled upon your website and found what we were looking for. You take Paypal, so it made the order easy. The only reason for four stars is because the delivery did not happen on the day promised, and we had postponed a trip to be here the day delivery was due. We got the vanity a couple of days later. The package was in reasonable order, although (as expected) the driver was not willing to wait while we opened it. We were also left with the pallet it came on, to get rid of. The website seemed well organized, and the product range was good. we would use them again.

    I had a pleasant experience order through bath vanity experts. I needed to order a side splash in addition to the counter top. This wasn't an option through the website. A quick phone call to customer service and they were able to add it to the order. The items quickly shipped and arrived at a local delivery company. My only complaint is the local deliver company sent these large pallets to my house on a truck with a small lift gate and only one driver. The driver called about 1 hour before arriving and was expecting me to help him unload the items. I had to scramble and quickly get my contractor to come over and help unload the pallets. Everything else went smoothly.

    Overall happy with our purchase. The only complaint I have is that the Carrara marble countertop does not come with a sidesplash and it would be helpful if it were stated a little more clearly on the website that it does not include a sidesplash. We were very impressed with how carefully the product was packaged and shipped. We were also pleasantly surprised that the backsplash came in one full piece instead of two pieces, as the website had said it would come in two pieces. Thankful they figured out a way to ship it safely in one piece.

    The vanity is lovely, but delivery was difficult. I received the order but the granite top was cracked and the 2 sinks were missing. In addition, there was only one person delivering a 72 inch vanity and he had a lot of difficulty. The company did send a second order with the granite top and the sinks and they came undamaged. However, the driver was alone again and I had to assist him with getting the granite off of the dolly. I am a 72 year old 5’2” woman and it was horrible and the granite hit my toe and injured it. So my opinion is that the product is very good, however, the delivery is awful!!
