  Very helpful, sent samples, processed order quickly and shipped it right on time. Packaged excellent for shipping. Counter and sink were nicer than expected. The counter is a solid 3cm piece of stone with a separate porcelain sink that bottom mounts. I have mounted sinks like this in the past. You need to know what you are doing or get someone who does to help you. They do not tell you you need to do this anywhere on the sight and I could see it being a major issue for most people.

  Customer service with bathevanityexperts is great! The issue was with the freight company they use. We ordered a James Martin 72" vanity. I received an email with instructions for delivery. After a few days had passed I was never contacted by the freight company when they were going to deliver. I called for confirmation. They were polite enough to assist me, however, they were not confident in the status of my order, and that made me very uneasy. The invoice claimed it was coming on 4 pallets, which didn't seem to make sense to me since it was 1 item already assembled. I was then told I would get a call that same evening to be given a delivery time window, however, I did not. Instead, the next day, I got a call from the delivery driver saying he is about 15 minutes from my house! Since this was completely unexpected, no one would be able to be at the house for the delivery. The driver I spoke with was very kind and shared with me that dispatch or customer service(?) is not very good at communicating with drivers. I called the freight company's customer service again, they were still very polite and were able to schedule a delivery window for me right then for the next day. The vanity was scheduled for delivery between noon and 5 and the driver would call me when they were an hour out. 4 pm, no call. We called customer service, again, and found out the driver would not be at the house until after 5 pm. Pretty frustrating. Well, the vanity finally arrived around 5:30. I was glad to receive it in perfect order and on only one pallet!

  Very glad to hear the vanity arrived safely and that it was undamaged! We consider any review less than 5 stars as a failure and although it was the carriers fault, we take the responsibility and we apologize for any inconvenience. We are going to make a note to let the carrier know about the mistakes they made. The shipping industry has been getting better (it’s been a complete mess the last two years) but unfortunately not every delivery goes perfectly. When your vanity is installed, send us some photos of your completed bathroom and we will send you a $25 gift card to any store of your choice as a thank you!

  Came across the BVE website as I searched for vanities for primary & guest bath remodels. I was pleasantly surprised by the product offering and competitive pricing. This was only exceeded by the service I experienced when I called to inquire about inventory status on selected items of interest. A real human answered the phone and I was able to get answers to all my questions over a 3 day period via text and e-mail. As a result of the very friendly, responsive service I placed an order on a Saturday & product shipped on Tuesday and scheduled on Friday for the Monday delivery.

  Excellent customer service. They actually pick up the phone, go over the real inventory locally & everything was delivered on time. The cabinet was in excellent condition upon arrival. Be sure and have them bring it inside if your alone as it is HEAVY! They have pallets it sits on, so if you want them gone you must say so ahead of time.

  These vanities are commodities - you can buy the same vanity at dozens of sites on the internet. BVE definitely had the lowest price which is why I went with them. I am so glad that I did; the post-sale service I received from them was amazing: from receiving the pallet from the shipper to installation questions, they were there 110%. That level of service is not a commodity - it's a big differentiator. I did assembly and plumbing myself and the team at BVE was available on the phone to answer a handful of questions that I had along the way. In my opinion they went way above and beyond in this age of "your call is very important to us ... please continue to hold." I got a super helpful person quickly every time I called. I would purchase again from them again without hesitation.

  I searched many websites for vanities and so glad I found this one. Easy site to navigate and Brad couldn't be more helpful with finding the specific vanity I was looking for.   Great products, very responsive to any problems! The sink top was terribly cracked upon initial delivery but they took care of a replacement immediately. However, if the shipper packed the items better this would occur. The vanity itself was well packaged with no visible damage.

  I got lucky and happened upon the site. I had no idea it existed. Cost for the same product from other vendors was a large driving factor. There was no tax and a website discount. Over a $500 savings from other vendors. Unit was packaged extremely well. Unit was delivered per my request on the correct date and time. Support from the website through phone and email was quick and help. I would highly recommend!

  Website navigation was fine. We received our vanity today. It arrived in satisfactory condition. The delivery was not what we expected. You gave very explicit instructions about taking pictures of package, and not signing the "delivery order" until we had inspected the whole package. The third party delivery company did not wait for us to even take the plastic off of the package, never mind take pictures of the cardboard packaging container. I asked about signing the delivery papers and was told there was nothing to sign. He would just confirm his delivery online... without any signature on my part!! Very, very different from our online instructions from you. Although I am basically happy with the product, would not do online order again, but instead would order locally. The product is nice enough, but certainly not the color that is shown online. To your credit, you did say the color may not match what is shown online..... but why don't you just show the color accurately??? Highly illogical. After this experience, I would prefer to shop locally and actually be able to look and touch what I am spending my money on, removing any guesswork.

  Bryan was, is, and will be the reason why any vanity I purchase will come from here. The order process was easy and Bryan helped me with all my questions and the advice I needed. While there was a small defect with the vanity, not due to shipping, again Bryan was there for me. The true question of customer service is not when the delivery is perfect, but rather when issues are encountered and how they are dealt with. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would have given them.

  If I could add an extra star, I would. The service I received, especially from Bryan, regardless of the hour was outright remarkable. I found the vanity initially on Wayfair under a different manufacturer and for a much higher price.When I found the exact replica on QualityCabinets.com, I scoured the reviews because I’ve been burned a time or two. I decided to pull the trigger and in the process of entering my card info, I ran into challenge. a chat turned into a phone call from Bryan and when I mentioned I was hesitant about the color of the wood, he sent me actual photos of the vanity in peoples homes which confirmed for me it was the vanity for me. Because of the open bottom, when Bryan learned l was adding it to replace a jacuzzi tub, he suggested I might want to choose a vanity with a closed bottom to hide plumbing, or at least have my plumber or contractor bid the cost to hide the pipes before committing to purchasing my choice. I was amazed at the lack of pressure to purchase. The following week my plumber had a few questions, and Bryan was available to talk him through the specs. my vanity arrived yesterday, and he was on the phone with me as it was delivered off the truck, advising me to document damage to the packing materials as it came off the truck to document a claim if needed. Phenomenal! I would highly recommend this company, and am so happy it came up on my browser. By the way, the vanity cost $560 less than the site I originally found it offers, and over a thousand dollars less than a local builders warehouse. I’m thrilled with my purchase! Thank you!

  Following a very bad experience with shady online company, I was thrilled by the performance and professionalism of Bath Vanity Experts! A real person (not a call center or answering service) answered the phone. He was knowledgeable and responsive - knew all about my product, answered my questions, offered helpful tips and knew my items availability. He even called me back with precise information I needed within 10 minutes! I was blown away! My order was shipped within 2 days with reliable communication from their shipping company. It arrived intact and within a week of my order. This is an A++ company that will provide an safe online buying experience you can actually trust. After months of research, this is the ONLY vanity company I could find with amazing prices AND a return policy that was fair to the consumer. Can’t recommend them more highly!

  I found a new vanity option and ordered wood samples that arrived sooner than I expected. The person that responded to that request texted immediately upon receiving it. He added many helpful photos of vanities from the showroom floor. He was working late and we had an enjoyable text conversation. If I lived in California I would definitely go see him. His service and kindness was superb… I felt almost like I was participating in a TV commercial for Bathvanityexperts.com! I wish this company had a business in Alabama. Oh! The kind person was the owner! Please look online AND go in person. Excellent quality of the James Martin wood samples!

  Ordering a large item sight unseen was a leap of faith. I read the many reviews, I spoke to someone at the company and pulled the trigger. My husband recieved and unpacked the order. He immediately called me to say...it is stunning! It arrived perfectly intact. The delivery company was very responsive and courteous. My husband wanted me to order 2 more for out other bathrooms, lol. I absolutely LOVE IT!

  The customer service was exceptional: The vanity took longer to ship than the website advertised, but that was not as a result of bathvanity. Rather, it was a warehouse/vendor issue. Bathvanity customer service was responsive, timely, professional, empathetic, and really great to work with. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

  I was hesitant bout ordering such an expensive piece over the internet, but went ahead anyway. Everything about our experience was great. The order process, the shipping notification and instructions upon delivery were very clear and concise. When it arrived, the delivery driver pointed out damage to one of the boxes. I cringed and proceeded with caution. Upon inspection, we found everything to be in pristine condition. Let me just say a word about the packing. They definitely know how to pack an order to be shipped across country. It took us a good 10-15 minutes just to get into those boxes. Thank you for a great experience.

  First of all I was told the delivery drive would have us check the items delivered for any damage and we could note it on the delivery ticket well that did not happen he unloaded it in my driveway in front of out garage door in the sprinkling rain and left without ever letting us know. I moved the vanity inside my garage and unpacked it and found some of the draw glides were damaged and would make a grinding noise when they were opened and closed and one of the draws we could not open at all we contacted Bath Vanity Experts and they had us video us opening and closing the draws which we did and sent the video to them and they said they would contact James Martin to see what could be done that was 10 days ago and we are still waiting to here back on what the outcome will be.

  We received our vanity within 4 days from ordering. The vanity was so nice and wonderfully crafted and it really make our bathroom remodel look very updated and expensive. My only recommendation is to provide better update on the processing of the order and when it ships. There were no updates for a week or more regarding the order until it was ready to ship.   Absolutely love bath vanity experts. We have purchased 5 vanities from them and they are beautiful pieces of furniture for the bathroom. Much better quality than a big box store. I tell all of my friends about them if they are looking to remodel. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  The only reason this is not 5 stars is that I live on an island and shipping got messy. It would have been nice if the issues were communicated up front. But otherwise, the service was beyond excellent.

At checkout, it does state "Our free shipping (in the lower 48 states, not including ferry-to islands) service is to your curbside (or into your garage at the delivery drivers discretion)." but we understand that this can be overlooked. We are glad we were able to work out a location on the mainland to ship it to. Domestic ground costs have double in recent times so offering free ground shipping to customers is more challenging than ever.

  Shipping was very quick, within two days of ordering our vanity had been shipped. Unfortunately it was damaged from shipping, but BathVanityExperts had an immediate response and a replacement vanity arrived within a week. They were friendly and easy to do business with. I would recommend them!

  Bath vanity experts had my vanity delivered in a prompt and a well packaged manner. When we received our vanity it was nicer that in the pictures on their site.   We found the vanity we wanted by looking at pictures on Google and chose to buy through Bath Vanity Experts based on a sale they were having at the time and the option to add the countertop and sink. So we didn't search their site at all. Ordering was straight forward. The countertop we originally chose wasn't going to be available until over a month out so they called us letting us know about the delay and gave us a few options, to wait until it was available or choose a different countertop. We ended up picking a different one which was a little more expensive but they honored the sale price we would have gotten if we had ordered it originally. Great customer service. And the company they used to ship it was great as well. On time, very helpful. I would absolutely recommend ordering from them!

  I have never had such fantastic customer service. I ordered the vanity in the afternoon and it was delivered in less than 24 hours. Bryan was on the phone with me making sure the shipment arrived without damage and the ee received what we ordered. I wish all companies and workers were as great as this one. They are fast but they really care. You can place your order with this company and are sure to get great service as well as lowest prices for the items.

  The price was good. The vanity was in perfect condition when received. The delivery process could be improved. Many people (including me) are not prepared to receive a 400 pound curbside delivery in bad weather. It should also be made clearer that the delivery date texted by the freight company is delivery to the nearest terminal, not to your location. no text or phone call was received far enough in advance to allow planning for the actual delivery to my location. A shout out to the driver, he went above and beyond helping get the delivery out of the weather.

  My vanity and mirror are beautiful! My only complaint was the delivery company. They came hours before the said delivery time and just dumped it off in my driveway and left(saw it all via my Ring). So no one signed for it and there was someone at home at the time.
