Shipping through Canpar has been fast and easily tracked….But, Shipping through GLS is horrible!! I will be requesting in any future orders to NOT ship GLS Canada….i have a current order that I don’t know where it is, I can’t track it, and they can’t tell me anything! Horrible Courier Service.

It is now Friday and if I want to see my tires before the 3rd week comes waiting for them i have to drive for 3hrs each way to go and pick them up myself. This is very inconvenient to me and the extra cost for the fuel and my time. Very disappointed with this experience and will never use them again nore would I refer anyone to use this company. Hi Edward, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Looking back at your order, it was placed on June 22, and your tires left our warehouse on June 25, which was within our normal processing timeframe. There was also the Canada Day holiday during transit, which affected carrier operations and delivery schedules. From the time the shipment left our warehouse, the transit time to rural Alberta was approximately 5–7 business days, which is consistent with the carrier's expected service level for your location. I completely understand that being asked to pick up the shipment from the carrier's terminal is inconvenient, and I appreciate your frustration. Unfortunately, once a shipment is in the carrier's network, final delivery decisions are sometimes made by the carrier based on their local service area and operations. We genuinely appreciate your business and are sorry that the delivery experience did not meet your expectations. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

First of all I was told by capital auto that I would have the tire the Monday or Tuesday before the canada day long weekend. This is now the Friday after and I am told I would not see them till the next Monday now witch is unacceptable. Using an excuse of a holiday day after my expected delivery date. Also when I was talking to capital auto they did not get my shipment going until I called back 3 days after the original order date they still didn't have my shipment in order. I was told again that they had to come out of the US and then we had discussed this 2 days earlier and they checked the local warehouse that indeed had them in stock witch we knew the day after my original order date. Then 2 days later still didn't have tracking info and that's when I was told they had to come from the US and I disagreed with the person I was talking to cause he checked 2 days earlier and they were in the warehouse in Ottawa. This already put my order 4 days behind. And now canpar can't even tell me yes or no if I can pick up myself nore can they even tell me where my order is. I am just about at the point to call my credit card company and have the charges reversed due to the lack of ability to even go pick up my own tires from them. This is both capital auto and canpars problem to resolve but they can't even do that. I have paid in full for a product that has taken way to long to receive.
