Service technician was very friendly and helpful and arrived on time to repair my dryer. Our dryer was not heating, the technician was able to get the dryer to heat while at our house but the next morning the dryer would not heat. I called customer service and was told there was nothing that could be done since the technician already completed his trip. I have since bought a new dryer.

Called 15 min before arriving which was helpful given a 3 hour window to help assess our washer. The technician came prepared with a tab that is used to clean mold from the inside drum and assessed that it was a common issue. They suggested a full drum would be much more costly than trying this cleaning tabs first, which seems to have worked. Because it was such a quick visit he also offered to look at our dishwasher that we have been having issues with. Note to check how youd like to pay as there is a 3% charge for credit card.
