  While my appointment began a bit later than originally promised, my technician (Alex) was personable and professional. He was able to immediately identify the issue with my KitchenAid refrigerator and had the repair completed within an hour. I would definitely use this service again.

  Best refrigerator technician we have ever had - and we have had! Very knowledgeable and pleasant fellow and he even caught a leak in the water line we didn’t know existed. 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this company. Excellent service and reasonable prices too.

  Let me know from the very beginning if the refrigerator could be repaired and what the approximate cost would be. When he had finished the work the invoice was what I had been quoted. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to call if needed

  The service man was very good and explaining everything to me that he was doing and showed me what wasn’t working. Then when he fixed my washer machine he showed me how it was working properly and told me about cleaning out my washer and dryer a couple times a year. Have used them before and will be using them if need be again!

  was excellent and super quick, outlined what was wrong with my Whirlpool washer-dryer combo in detail, and the costs to repair. He was efficient and had a great disposition. He also made it very clear regarding warranty work and time of warranty. Was the best service call I have ever made with a perfect repair and outcome. If you need an appliance repaired I would definitely use this service and in particular Yuriy.

  rompt service. Easy to get an appointment and had my oven fixed on the spot. The technician was very friendly and even took the door apart for me so that I could clean the inside, at no extra charge. He also gave me a few tips on cleaning my oven!! excellent service. PS. After some thought has to say that I was stunned by the cost of a fuse. I paid 480 which included labour which was quoted at 199. Is it a fuse 280?? Seems excessive.

  Did not know I had to be available to answer the phone and confirm I would be at home. So missed the original booking but was able to have the repair done the next day. You need to let customers know that they will be required to confirm via a phone call that they or someone is at their location to let the technician in and do the work. I figure once the appointment was confirmed you just wait for the technician to come.
