  The repair man called before arriving and was on time. He was quick to assess the problem and quick to fix it. Also thank you for bringing your own slippers for our carpeted house. He just left and I have already started my laundry load.

  I have used Maple Leaf Appliance Repair’s services a few times. The same technician came both times and it turned out no repairs were needed, just the timer needed to be reset. The only issue I had was with the invoice the second time they came. They sent me an invoice weeks later stating that if the invoice was not paid they would send me to collections and take legal action. This was very bizarre and I contacted them. I was told that they had billing issues that is why the the bill was sent so late and they sent me a collection notice in error. They did email me a new invoice without the threatening message and did apologize. Overall I was satisfied with them and Iwould use their services again.

  Such a professional company. I had called a few that advertised same day service but couldn’t follow through. Maple Leaf Appliance Repair were true to their advertising of same day service. The young gentleman who came for the repair was so efficient in determining and fixing the problem and was so nice to deal with. Thank you so much for such great service.   I was very happy that someone was sent out within 24 hours of my request. Slava was professional, took care to explain the issue, and followed up with me the next day to confirm the availability of the replacement part. Unfortunately it wasn't available so I will have to replace the appliance after all.

  Overall a medium experience , the specialist came 1 hour later than promised. He identified that the problem was a faulty motor and tried to sell me his 2nd hand washing machines. After that he promised me to tell me the price of the motor tomorrow morning. My wife had to leave a voicemail at 15h30 pm in order to get a call back

  Tyler was the technician and one again he did a great job. He arrived slightly ahead of schedule. He did a great job to trouble shoot the problem and change out a defective valve on the fridge.   I live in Vancouver and needed some quick service for my dryer in my unit in Calgary that I rent out. Maple Leaf was able to come on short notice and fix the problem, communicated what happened and suggested what to do to avoid future problems. They showed up on time and ensured there was as little downtime for my tenant as possible

  I had a repairman come over to fix my dryer. He was very nice and repaired the dryer, in part . Unfortunately, after investigation a new sensor was needed and once the sensor was installed more diagnostic tests were run and showed that a new motherboard is also required in order for all dryer programs to work. The service was good but it’s going to be super expensive get everything fixed
